“I actually, thoroughly enjoy browsing this hardware store. Store brand? Nah. Inescapable corporate branding? Get outta here. They sell quality hand tools from reputable brands plus a ton of products you won't find anywhere else. The lack of a searchable website kept me from visiting for a while, but I wish it hadn't. This is now my go-to hardware store in Longmont.One suggestion: you guys should consider stocking Warwood Tool! I personally love their stuff, made in West Virginia, and would buy more of it if I could find it locally.”

“This home depot is just awesome! We always buy all our home projects needs here because of their great and friendly service here. The customer service here is excellent and always willing to accommodate the customer. One person I want to personally call out is their Assistant Manager, Chris. He knows every inch of this store like a walking computer inventory system. He will stop whatever he is doing to help you out. Everyone here is super awesome!”

“I just popped on the store on my way back to the denver metro area. I was curious to see what all they had. They are selling cow Barnes and other farm themed gingerbread houses. I'd go back to shop again if I was near one of the stores.”

“I'm giving this store 5-Stars because of Thomas (sorry if I miss spelled your name, haven't actually met you "Tow-mas")! Hands down, the nicest gentlemen I have had the pleasure of doing business at any Homedepot store. Called in because my order was wrong and should have been scheduled for both items to be delivered. Thomas took my information, verified my call back, and then called me back with options to get the other half of my order delivered. You just don't find people that seem to want to help you anymore, and especially at Homedepot. I've had nightmare experiences getting things delivered on time, let alone to my other address in Texas. Thomas went above and beyond to verify the issue, address it, and follow up! Just when we all thought, 'they don't build 'em like they use too', mentality with this day in age in the young workforce. This young man clearly is from a time long ago! Needless to say, he has instilled a little faith in HD that I have all but lost! Thanks Thomas, I hope to put a face to a name someday when I place my next order!! Cheers!”

“I like Lowe's. The folks are helpful and often smile. They have a good selection of small protect plywood as well as the best lumber. It is sometimes hard to find certain items but asking for help makes quick work of that.”

“I used to pass a Lowe's all day to go to Home Depot due to the amazing customer service, however over the past several years (at least in the Denver metro area) Home Depot had lost its customer service touch and I would go wherever was closer. My experience at the Home Depot in Longmont today exceeded my expectations. It's inherently intimidating to walk into a hardware store as a woman, however I was stopped/greeted, and asked if I needed help by no less than 4-5 people during my short trip around the store. Not only that, the associates seemed not only happy to provide assistance, but eager to make sure their answer as far as the location of something was accurate by inquiring with a nearby associate when needed. And it wasn't just me... I saw several other people being helped. THIS is the Home Depot I remember and feel so welcome to. Thank you Home Depot Longmont for such an amazing experience!”
