Miserable selection, picked over like a three-day-old garage sale. At least it makes it easy to get in and out quickly, I guess.

They “permanently closed” their fitting rooms for some reason? Also covered all their mirrors so you can’t even try anything on at all. An employee told me “you can just buy what you want and return if it doesn’t fit for store credit” ? ok like that sounds great. Probably won’t come here as much anymore unfortunately. Used to be a cool place

This place consistently makes me feel like a criminal for even trying to make a donation. They're either enforcing some stupid made up rule (one car at a time even though there's room for three and at least twenty cars waiting) or telling me "Uhh... hey so we're not accepting [item X] today." From now on I'm probably just going to throw my stuff in the garbage. It's easier and cheaper. Also I won't have to deal with some hobo yelling at me.

Staff are nice enough, but this place has changed in quality of items and selection. Furniture selection is really awful these days. Very infrequently Find anything there. The new layout eliminates allot of what was cool there. It mainly tons of outdated clothes, and prices are fairly high. Used to find some great stuff, but the new layout and selection just doesn’t really cut it.pricey .

They permanently closed their fitting rooms and only do store credit for merchandise returns. Very disappointed.

I had a very nice experience, staff is very friendly with dogs! One of the cashiers gave my dog a treat and it really made my day to see how welcoming they are. We had a great time and will definitely come back!

Where is all the merchandise? The shelves have been empty for months now! what’s going on? The back room is overflowing, but nothing is coming out.

I had a very disappointing experience today at the Longmont Goodwill. They frequently have adds playing about military discounts for military personnel and their families. I asked if that applies to families of soldiers killed in action because my son, LCPL Riley Schultz, was killed in action on March 15, 2019. I was told by the manager on duty that it doesn’t count for the military discount. My son died for our country and our freedom and his sacrifice isn’t even worth a small discount at the Longmont goodwill. It’s extremely disappointing to be treated as if my sons life isn’t important enough to your organization to be included in military promotions. I’m very disappointed in this situation and I left the store almost in tears because the manager was so flippant and rude about my dreadful situation. I’m so disappointed

Book area had no books only sporting goods. Clothes are on numerous small rnd racks too close together to move a cart. Supposedly they are organized by men's/women's/child and sizes. The rack of tops I looked at had only 2 of the labeled size and a mix of other sizes. Stretched out, stained, knit top priced at 7.99, nice poly cotton button up priced at 5.99. Waste 9f time to shop for clothes here.

Goodwill takes donations of any items that you don't want or need. However, they don't take used mattress for safety reasons.

1st point: staff is amazing, and so nice, they deserve more stars.Inside of store is well taken care of, shopping carts are clean, and it is well lit (the lighting helps when treasure hunting :).The ambient music is good, not loud, great genre choice!(Hey, it helps if you like that sort of thing, which I do.)2nd point: more clothing, less furniture, some shelf items (knick-knacks, glassware, baskets, wall décor, etc.)3rd point: Senior Discount leaves a lot to be desired.Unlike other thrift/2nd hand stores, Tuesdays only offer 15% extra on final receipt (then you round up to help make a difference, there goes your discount.)Whereas other thrift offer 50% on extra tix colors just for Senior shopping. It all adds up, and it makes a difference for the shopper. It is a choice to shop a thrift store. It might be based on budget, pricing and value, convenience, availability, and even location. This store is competitive, but 'sometimes' pricing on items (non-clothing) is a bit higher than expected. This store is basically in a good location, but beware of street peeps watching & approaching, and (ouch!) deep - very deep- pot holes in plaza parking.Thank you for allowing me to share "my truth", I hope it helps.Happy Thrifting! ....be well...

The manager of this store is hateful. Found out she is raising prices so she can get a bigger bonus. However she did offer me a cheaper way by paying her a cash sum and she would sell stuff to me out of the back. She is a thief. She said that Thursday nights if you show up and hang by the back of the store they will bring you a cart of the high end stuff you like that you can buy for cash. No receipts. I wonder where that cash is going. When I called her out on this she had me kicked out of the store. She also allows the homeless community to smoke fetynal in the bathroom. Please be careful taking your children here
