Do not order anything from Home Depot. You can order, but pick up takes an hour or two and it's super frustrating waiting in line with 8 returns in front of you. Go to Discount Builders, they are great!

I used to pass a Lowe's all day to go to Home Depot due to the amazing customer service, however over the past several years (at least in the Denver metro area) Home Depot had lost its customer service touch and I would go wherever was closer. My experience at the Home Depot in Longmont today exceeded my expectations. It's inherently intimidating to walk into a hardware store as a woman, however I was stopped/greeted, and asked if I needed help by no less than 4-5 people during my short trip around the store. Not only that, the associates seemed not only happy to provide assistance, but eager to make sure their answer as far as the location of something was accurate by inquiring with a nearby associate when needed. And it wasn't just me... I saw several other people being helped. THIS is the Home Depot I remember and feel so welcome to. Thank you Home Depot Longmont for such an amazing experience!

It's pretty easy.I bought a Homax 32 oz. White Tough as Tile Aerosol Tub, Sink, and Tile Refinishing Kit. Took it to a job. The first can spit paint all over the tub. The second can was so feeble pressure-wise, I knew there was something wrong with it.Stopped the job, drove back to Home Depot with receipt, swapped product, took it back to job, and the can didn't spray at all - nothing came out.Stopped the job again, took the product back, got a refund, drove to Lowe's, bought Homax 32 oz. White Tough as Tile Aerosol Tub, Sink, and Tile Refinishing Kit.Drove to job, the kit worked fine, mission accomplished.I know the people who work at Home Depot didn't personally screw up the cans of glaze I bought, but three strikes, you're out, bub.Nice people, though! Some really good people at Home Depot. Also some really dark, disturbed, slow, angry people at the paint counter. I didn't take it personally. The woman is nice. The two dudes that work there need to find another job. They don't care if you come or go, live or die, shop there or don't shop there. They need name plates reading "Eeyore" and "Louie DePalma." I'll go there if I need a screwdriver, though, and that's it.

Waited at the pro desk for like 15 minutes while Jonny checked every social media outlet possible on his phone. Making everyone feel like Home Depot just doesn't care about its customers. The picture I took of him looks good on your website. have a great day.

We needed coconut coir and they had it stored up on a pallet because it wasn't the season for it. The woman working insisted on pulling it down for us. All that work and they're only like $5 a pop. So nice!!

A younger associate absolutely, royally fucked our order.Since receiving the wrong parts, and managing to pay for a tub that doesn't exist (as a sku, even, though it's being proudly displayed) we've made approximately 6 trips to be refunded. We've spoken to multiple incompetent managers, and on our last visit was issued a ticket for IT.We've returned the product, the company picked it up, I've seen it on site, and yet we've still not been reimbursed.I'm filing with the BBB, and leaving 1 star reviews everywhere possible until this illegal problem is resolved.

I had a great experience buying garden soil early this morning. No less than 4 people helped me. One with information, one pulled the cart (heavy), one checked me out, and one loaded the soil into my car. Every one of these people was helpful, cheerful and very kind.

It's just impossible to get anyone to help you here. I worked at the Home Depot for six years, I know it's a slog. But you don't have to be a prick about it. Asked someone to get me an item that should have been in stock in garden, you'd have thought I asked for a kidney. Good luck finding anyone who knows anything about plants, or planting in Colorado.Came back to get a paint match and watched the paint associate take ten minutes to figure out the person she was helping just wanted color swatches. Yawn, I'll go somewhere else.

I'm updating my previous review, because today, I found the Owner's Manual for my Ryobi electric mower. It was hidden in the compartment where the battery and key are inserted to run the mower. However, without the printed copy of the manual I was given at the Boulder Home Depot, I would never have discovered anything, including how to put things together or operate it! Honestly, the extra star is for the 3 people who helped me out here at Customer Service. They are worth 5 stars, for doing what they could for me, but sadly, I didn't get their names to give them their due shout-outs.

DO NOT DO NOT order a flooring installation at this location. They took $2800 from me in June, lost my order several times, sent an installer out to rip out my floor, and said they can't come back to install the new floor for three weeks. Surprise surprise when I asked for my money back they said it'll be weeks longer. I have no flooring in my home and now can't afford to hire new installers. Thanks Home Depot, I'm much worse off than I was before.

What was once a reasonably good store has become a frustrating disappointment. The isles are devoid of employees. Impossible to any help. Get someone to call for a department person, wait 15 mins for someone who knows nothing. I recently bought a place in Phoenix, and the Home Depot there had actual staff, in the isles, and they know things. This Longmont store needs new management. Shelves are in disarray, inventory is never correct, and the staff are indifferent and not knowledgeable. A waste of my time to shop here.

14 days and counting without countertops/sink/water in our kitchen. Quartz countertops were not cut properly, and 14 days later still have no information from the Longmont Colorado Home Depot on the status of the situation. Numerous calls to the store, plus a few in person visits, and nothing has been resolved. All we are told is, the regional manager has been emailed about the situation. How about picking up the phone and making some calls. Well, they said email is the only way to get ahold of him? Pretty sure after this fiasco gets resolved, I will take my business elsewhere.

The management team at this Home Depot is horrible to its employees. The store manager Kris is a huge dick and his management team are aholes. They treat employees worse than prisons. They don’t have soft skills that would make them effective leaders. They need sensitive training. The store manager is also a racist. They ran off the only good asm they had. He left to another store. This place needs N over haul. Unfortunately this store is a high volume store so Home Depot exec management won’t do anything because profits trump effective leadership and monthly bonuses.

This place is horrible it sold me a next grill that blew up.in my face and burned my arms then replaced it with another that did the same thing then refused to give me my money back with the reciept and only a week later . the firestone home depot returned my money no pronlem the customer service people that took care of me as well as the fake manager should be fired . its a sas sad world when a company like home depot is run down by its own facist employees .
