Bought a car here in February and was convinced to purchase a warranty. Summer came around and I noticed the ac didn’t work. Took it in to get it looked at a few months ago. They left me in the dark all day with what was going on with my car. I called back multiple times to inquire if they were finished with the inspection yet. My appointment was in the morning around 8:30 and I called around noon. They said they hadn’t even looked at it yet. I called back around 3:30 and they said they were just finishing up diagnostics. I was then informed approximately 15 minutes later that they had done a recharge on the ac. They never called me to ask if I wanted to proceed with that and wanted to charge me full price for the diagnostics and recharge. My ac should have been covered under warranty. They ended up giving me “discounts” to make the price closer to my warranty deductible. The recharge did not fix my ac at all and they claimed it wasn’t under warranty. Took my car to Fisher Acura in Boulder and they actually repaired my car and charged me the correct price. Will never come here again for anything!!! Customer service and communication is atrocious

The GM should really get to Amazon and order some old spice because god dam that smell is truly disgusting but besides that he pushes around and yells at women because he can’t be a man if you can’t even shower how can you be a general manager.

My wife and I had a great car buying experience at Fowler Automotive. Our salesman was Keegan McNitt who had contacted me earlier in the week about a test drive of a 2023 Honda Odyssey. He was friendly, polite, and professional. This was by far the best car buying experience in my life and would highly recommend Fowler Automotive and Keegan for their next Honda.

Work with Greg if you need a new car. He's an authentic, non-pushy salesman who gets it about connecting as humans first. That's the very first step to be successful in sales. People will buy from you if they like you and not just the product you sell. Greg will genuinely listen and care about your situation as opposed to pretending as is the case at most dealerships. I was genuinely stunned to to experience such humanity and depart from the typical slimy car salesman experience. Kudos to the entire management and finance team as well for similar traits. I highly recommend Fowler Honda!

After totaling one of our cars due to hail damage, we were in need of a new one. We found an SUV we liked online, made our way to Fowler Honda to test drive it, and ended up loving it. We were fortunate enough to work with Greg and Chris who made us feel comfortable, and went above and beyond to provide us with a wonderful car buying experience. We could not recommend them more!

I bought my 2020 Honda Civic Si February of this year. I bought slotted and drilled rotors and took it in as I had questions about changing them myself.. I talked to Brandon and he gave me a bunch of information and told me he’d be more than happy to replace them for me as I didn’t have the tools. His service was absolutely incredible, as well as everyone else in the service department. They were informative, knowledgeable, and even gave me a rental when my car needed more than planned. They took great care of me and I will forever be going to Brandon for my future needs. Only tech I’d trust with my car!

Had been putting off getting a recall issue fixed bc the dealership where I live said it would need to keep my car for 2 days. Called here on a whim and they said come in whenever, no appointment needed. Jason in Service had the documents printed and ready before I even showed up, and I was in and out in about an hour.

Overpriced dealer add ons like paint protection, windshield replacement, and extended warranty are not worth the paper they are written on but finance pushes them for commission. When you say no, they don't respect your decision then resort to bait and switch with interest rates in order for you to accept the deal, after the paper work is signed then all of a sudden there is an issue and the interest rate goes up. After the car is bought, they are not helpful at all with any questions and out right refuse simple paperwork requests.

Exceptional, Outstanding, customer Service! Chris is always there and on top of business, he and the sales team made the purchase of our 2018 Honda Crv pretty painless & straightforward, on the service side Jennifer & Faith have exquisite phone etiquette and follow up skills, Marcelo was incredibly kind and personable with the Fowler shuttle service. As a member of a 5 star team here in Longmont, I can recognize the work ethic when I see it! We will be coming back for all of our service needs, and I imagine over the years for multiple autos as well. Myself and Partner are very pleased with our experience and welcoming to the Fowler Fam! My deepest appreciation to the team! ?

They were very disorganized and unprofessional, but we liked the car. We had a scheduled appointment to see the car, but no one communicated so the manager had his car seats, vape pen, personal items all over the car. We purchased the car because it was something we’d been looking all over for, but no credit to them for it. The financing was already squared away on our end, but they still pushed and pushed for the warranty and drug everything out for as long as possible. After purchasing the car, when we needed answers from them it was like pulling teeth to get any service at all. I would definitely not recommend this place unless you want a place that does the bare minimum.

Trust all of the bad reviews. After going to the service department since 2020 for maintenance and repairs, I will not be back. Between the poor communication, unprofessionalism, and causing an oil leak, they definitely leave a lot to be desired. Something has changed in the Service Department.
