Buyer beware!! I used this company because my normal provider was out of town. I was over billed for time and discovered after two seasons that they had incorrectly installed the system. This led to having to have the entire project redone and costing another $800.When I contacted them about the error, Owners wouldn't return calls after speaking with the office clerk, they refused to warranty their work even with documented proof of their mistake. Legal action is my only option with this unprofessional ownerService: Irrigation system repair/maintenance

I went to them after viewing the feedback on Yelp and google. But had a bad experience, guy who came was not an owner and was least helpful switched the sprinkler on and corrected pipe leakage, but didn't adjusted sprinklers, for everything answer was if i will do it it will be $50. Charged me $115, insisted and took cash even though I was told I can pay next day through card or I can give cheque. I had to call another company to get the sprinklers replaced and adjusted.

I had a new system installed. Covering my whole property which includes garden, garden beds, lawn, and shrub. It's a mix off raising sprinklers for my big garden (extra high), raising/rotating heads for my lawn and drip for beads and trees. It's absolutely beautifully done.
The whole aria is well covered with multiple sprinkler heads. They laid my lawn back so I can bearly see there was any work done. Taking the time to dig under my existing raised beds to get the drip system in the beds so you can't see it.
The job is truly well done, not rushed or fast put togheter.
I'm so pleased with their job, I will strongly recommend flatiron to friends and family. And I will definitely be using them myself for upcoming jobs.
I got a clear and good walk through off the system, how to turn it off/on and run the system from the computer.
It's worth mentioning that flatiron sprinkler does jobs for parks and recreation areas and also did a job for the botanic garden. They know what they doing.

I called them to repair my sprinkler but they are so busy and the appointment was scheduled a few days later. The weather is 100F so that I found another guy fixed my problem on the second day. But I forget to cancel the appointment. They stopped by on time and I felt really sorry. Many sprinkler companies will charge for a visiting fee just for a look. I offered them a visiting fee as a compensation and they declined. Although I haven't used them to repair my sprinkler this time, will definitely use them next time.

Most Un professional company ever. Had a set appointment for an review of system and estimate. Waited two weeks and Rob the owner calls two hours ahead and says he is not coming and won't come as he feels Broomfield was too far. He knew when the appointment was made we were in Broomfield. They suck!

They provided prompt, courteous, and effective service. I needed two valves replaced during the heat of the summer, and their team arrived on time and completed the work on schedule. The price was fair and reasonable. The owners of the company are a pleasure with whom to do business.

Great sprinkler company! They arrived when scheduled, called 10 minutes prior to showing up, worked efficiently, and accomplished everything I needed done in short amount of time. They are now my go to sprinkler company and I'd easily recommend them to anyone.

Be warned that the nicely crafted "Resident Warranty" page of the paperwork does not cover the valves inside the valve box. They have a nice 5 year warranty on the plastic box that surrounds the valves but this does not include the valves... less than obvious to a "non-sprinkler" person who would never think a plastic box would need a warranty.
I had a leak in the valve box and so called them up thinking it was under warranty as it was within the 5 year time limit. They came out and fixed it but then I was surprised to see a bill for the work. When I called simply to inquire I was met with defensiveness and an unfounded level of accusation at me that somehow I managed to take the time to go into the valve box in the ground and open up some manual valve thingies... simply bizarre and all he kept saying was "well we did not do it" "we did not sabotage it"... there is more to the story than this but in the end it's a moot point as the valves are not covered under warranty anyway... but the plastic box is doing just fine:)
The work they did installing it was fine. The odd customer service experience on the back side was just simply weird.
