I don't have a printer at home so I use the Fed Ex Print and Go feature. It works pretty well most of the time.

I truly enjoy stopping by FedEx, they are always so pleasant and very engaging. They always do an excellent job with my documents and print my documents as quick as they can. I am so grateful to them all and they make my job easier for sure!

This is my first time writing a review. It's so absurd and absurd that I can't stand it. I will never visit this place again. The staff's service was very unfriendly and the delivery did not arrive on the expected date. It's too expensive.

I had a package that required a signature, but it was due to arrive during the workday so I had it redirected to this Print and Ship Center. Every day it would go out for delivery and then go back to the warehouse without being dropped off for pickup. I went in to talk to them about this, and they very condescendingly let me know that I could track my packages online and implied that I was just being stupid and there was nothing they could do. Finally, the warehouse called me and told me that my package kept getting rejected because it had a lithium ion battery. I didn't know that was a thing. But also, I had no way to know this until the warehouse called. You would think the people turning away the same package every day would connect the dots when I come in and tell them my package is getting returned to the warehouse every day. Fedex, uniquely, seems to go out of it's way to have terrible customer service on the phone, online, with their support in India that doesn't know anything even if you do manage to get a human and, apparently, with their offices like this one. I'm very grateful to the Johnstown warehouse for finally letting me go up there and just pick it up, but it was a lot of unnecessary stress and wait just due to sheer negligence and apathy.

Ever since they put a box out for you to scan your own documents then drop, they have totally lost touch with what customer service means. I tried to take my package to the customer service person behind the counter and was told I had to go and scan it at the box. I didn’t want to do that. I wanted a paper receipt and assurance that it would be delivered. Several times I have tried to use the scanner at the box to get a receipt and it’s cut in the middle. Not useful to me. I’ve complained twice and they said it was the equipment. Then fix the equipment if it’s having issues or get it replaced. I try to use this place only as a last resort, when my usual, friendly FedEx location on Main Street in Longmont has already had their pickup for Xpress.

I've read some other reviews of this location and wanted to chime in with my two cents. I had a splendid time here and will definitely be back. I was helped courteously and efficiently when I was inquiring about shipping a small package. The cost was incredibly reasonable and I am happy to report that my box arrived on time without any damage! While I was paying for this service, I also asked about getting passport photos. The woman who was helping me with the shipment said she would also be able to get my passport photos done right away. She asked me to go have seat in front of the white backdrop and then followed me over a few minutes later. This was the best decision ever. I can't recommend getting passport photos at this location highly enough. I have had a range of experiences when it comes to passport photos and this experience was my best one yet. I am so grateful to have a good quality photo for my passport that I will be happily stuck with for the next ten years! This will definitely be the only place I recommend to anyone who needs passport photos.

I was helped courteously and efficiently when I was inquiring about shipping a small package. The cost was incredibly reasonable and I am happy to report that my box arrived on time without any damage! While I was paying for this service, I also asked about getting passport photos. The woman who was helping me with the shipment said she would also be able to get my passport photos done right away. She asked me to go have seat in front of the white backdrop and then followed me over a few minutes later. This was the best decision ever.
