I'm so sad that I moved too far away from FPH, they were amazing! Front desk staff always friendly, vet techs showed so much affection for our cats, and Dr. Dedolph was really knowledgeable and kind. She really took her time with us and was very patient with our questions, and did a fantastic job when one of our cats needed a teeth cleaning. This place is super cat friendly, they always escorted me into a private room promptly so I could let the cats out to explore. Thank you FPH, we'll miss you!

Have heard back from Dr Molly. She has promised to speak with the individual that answered the phone Friday. They are going to help take care of Jodie’s body. Good follow up after a very poor experience.

My dog Jack enjoys walking in and seeing everyone! He is always so overly hyped and joyful when we come for his appointment and makes me happy to have a veteinarian team I can trust to take care of my fur baby.

It's OK. But it seems to me personally it's like the quick lube, jiffy lube, express lube of vets. They are too quick, and not thorough enough

We unfortunately had to visit family pet hospital for a end of life event. I can't say how grateful I am to the doctors and staff at this facility. They made the process as easy as possible and we're very caring and nurturing to allow us time to say goodbye to our lovely girl. I would love to thank them for all the kindness and loving care they gave to our precious pup and I would not go anywhere else for this extremely difficult event. I highly recommend them for their care and attitude and helping our loved ones live a long and healthy life.

I have been seeing Dr Molly Abernathy for my dog (Moose) for about 6 years. What is important to me is Trust - Dr Abernathy has created a strong level of trust for me in her judgement of Moose's needs. She is honest and will tell me if he does and doesn't need something done. As Moose is now an older dog, this is very important. Plus Dr Abernathy genuinely cares. She takes the time to explain and build a rapport with both myself and my dog. And she is very good at what she does. I highly recommend her and her team.

I asked to change vets within the practice due to one of their vets insulting my pet. They cannot take any feedback even if well intended and in the interest of your animals. Instead they terminated with me as a patient over this petty issue. Because they don't want to hear anything negative about themselves. This place should be ashamed.

Love every single person at Family Pet Hospital! They always treat me and my fur babies and my bearded dragon like family! We live in Wellington and tried to go see a vet closer to home... needless to say, that didn't last very long! Never doing that again!

Incredibly friendly staff and veterinarians. I’ve been taking my cat here ever since I got him and they’ve been excellent, plus, their prices are pretty good too!
