I've been working out for a long time at your typical gyms and I would always have keep myself motivated to stick with a workout plan or really try to make myself go throughout the week. What I love about F45 is that you just show up and do the workouts, you don't have to think about what you'll be doing that day and the classes are fast and fun. What I also enjoy is the training staff and the people the workout there too, its like a little community and they really encourage each other to get through the workouts. Seriously the BEST gym in Longmont!

My fav gym!! Trainers are fun, encouraging and always happy to help with form. The exercises are constantly changing to keep it spicy and the music might be my fav part of it all. Try it out!!

Great way to get in shape! Trainers are all knowledgeable and helpful in getting everyone the most out of their workout while staying safe. Music selection rotates; they have a good variety of workout playlists. The workouts change often enough to prevent getting bored. Each workout is designed to allow for everyone to push their limits at their ability level. Great gym to be a part of.

We absolutely love this F45 gym! We’ve been going since it opened a couple years ago and it’s literally been life changing. The owner, Sara, is so sweet and kind and did a great job handling Covid, going above and beyond to make sure we could keep training and also stay safe. The trainers are fantastic and super helpful, the community is incredible (we’ve met a ton of new friends!), and the workouts are fun, but also tough. We love the HIIT format. I feel more fit than I have in years! Definitely highly recommend!! If you’ve been curious, come check it out!

F45 is fantastic! The trainers are super helpful and motivating, and the workouts are awesome. Great combination of strength and cardio with modifications for all levels. I love the community there as well. Highly recommend!

F45 is just what is says! Life changing! The staff Are professional, motivating, and keep you coming back for more. They even helped me rehab a shoulder injury. Highly recommend this place if you want to try to reach your fitness goals.

I previously trained at another F45 and greatly prefer this one. The staff are incredibly knowledgable and very willing to customize and personalize. While other F45's and the brand on a whole sometime promote unhealthy calorie cutting etc this branch is much more holistically minded and I have never seen them push unhealthy habits. I wish the pricing was more accessible, but alas, its a great product!

Five stars all the way! We love this place! The coaches are down to earth and welcoming! It's a great place to get strong and confident! I needed a place to deal with the stress of working in a hospital for two years with COVID and this place has helped so much get my groove back on! Give it a try! Hard work and patience pay off!

Love this place, the workouts, the trainers, and the community. April 2021 update: I have been a member here for 18 months. When covid shut everything down in March 2020, the F45 team launched live virtual workouts to keep us members engaged and on track. Since that time, they have re-opened the gym at varying levels several times, but I've never been able to return in person (again, due to covid). The F45 team has graciously kept up the live virtual workouts for just a handful of us members who cannot go in person. They really care about their members. There are several fitness/nutrition challenges each year that keep members motivated and engaged. The trainers are top notch and good, quality people who make working out fun and rewarding. Thank you, F45!

It’s easy. Show up 4 times a week, warm up, follow the Blue Man, ask a coach for help if needed, cool down. 45 minutes. Rotate any two days on and one day off. Strength Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays. Cardio Mondays, Wednesdays. Combo Fridays. Party Saturdays.And it's been interesting. During capacity restrictions, there were 9 different Blue Man screens, and 9 to 12 exercises per stationary tile in any given class, for 81 to 108 variations of body weight and strength exercises happening all around the room in 45 minutes, synchronized to work the same muscle groups as a team. With increased capacity, we rotate through each station - we all get to do the same sequence of exercises, and have a lot more room to move.There are no mirrors in the place, and no clocks. Instead, there are timers, counting down the start of each class, intros, and sets. One Coach leads each session, introduces themselves (always professional and great for including newbies), explains the purpose, timing, sets, laps, rests, and water breaks for the workout of the day, and has a second coach step in to demo the moves. The Coach in charge stays and cheers each person on, watches for proper form, offers modifications, pumps up the class, and then leads the cool down.

F45 has been a fitness game changer for me! As an athlete and someone who enjoys trying new things, this has allowed me to be prepared (fitness-wise) for anything! The trainers are amazing and the workouts are whole-body and get you super fit!
