Shane is extremely unprofessional. My partner went in within the past half hour to loan something when he was reminded about a store credit he has that is soon expected to expire.
The friendly, nice cashier got the loan handled then kindly reminded my partner of his credit and led him to items eligible for purchase. One item was a Mario switch game, priced inside the closed display case as $8 which would have been covered by our credit.
As the transaction was closing, Shane rudely/unprofessionally interrupted changing the price based to his choice vs honoring the store price listed in their display case. He then tried to offer to sell it for a random number of $30 total which was confusing - do they often change listed prices based on their discretion? If this was an honest mistake, I’d expect them to be more hospitable for their own inaccuracies.
Shane did not offer any discount or any resolution for their misprinted mistake and instead left us both frustrated after being excited to purchase the item brought to our attention to begin with.
This is terrible business especially towards long time returning customers and I would be extra cautious to document prices before purchasing any items as they may try to swindle you last second for more money.
Not a trustworthy store.

Lack of customer service. How long do I need to stand in-front of your face before I get help? A while apparently.

Went in two weeks ago to pay interest on my loan. Was told my to get my belongings out in two weeks the payment would be 558. Won’t to get my stuff out and all of a sudden there’s an extra 93 dollars I had to pay. They claimed I missed a payment on Feb which is a lie. Never missed a payment. If I did why wouldn’t they mention it the last three months I paid. They will steal your money here and I’m not the only person I know they’ve done this too.

I just bought a weed eater from this place. Started it up a couple days later and it didn’t work. Brought it back to the store and the manager wouldn’t give me my money back because they have a 24 hour return policy. I proceeded to explain that it didn’t work and he still would not give me my money back. This place is a joke, don’t shop here!

I bought 3 items from that shop, 2 tools and an audio equipment. Unfortunately this last item defective, I brought it back within 2 days but over the 1 day policy. However, Jeremiah did everything he could to issue me a store credit. Thanks a lot

My AirPod Pros were stolen two months ago. I figured at some point, if I kept them tied to my Apple device, I would see them in use. I was right. They popped up at this pawn shop. I notified the manager Shane that his shop had my AirPods and that I could see them out of their case in use in his store. He told me that “the guy” he bought them from sold them to him for $50 bucks and he would sell them back to me for cost plus $10. I told him that was ridiculous because he bought stolen property and I could prove it because they were still attached to my Apple ID. I filed a police report with the Boulder Police Department and they worked with Longmont Police Department to get my property back. The police went to his shop and removed them from his possession. I picked them up from the evidence locker at Longmont police. The police conducted an investigation. The police relayed to me that the pawn broker was unable to produce the identification of the “female” that sold them to the Pawn shop. The pawn shop was only able to produce a fuzzy video of the sale. According to Colorado law, Colorado Revised Statute 12-56-103, the pawnbroker is required to keep a record of the name, address, date of birth of the seller, the drivers license number or other identification number of the seller of the property to the pawn shop. The pawnshop is also required, among other requirements, to have a declaration of ownership where the seller is declaring that they completely own the property being sold. This pawnshop was unable to produce any documentation of who “sold” him my AirPods or the declaration starting they had legal ownership. When I retrieved my AirPods, the name had been changed to “Shane’s AirPods.” This entire situation was very questionable.
