This place was absolutely awful. We got into the room and it smelled. There were BUGS all over both beds. We grabbed our stuff and left.

Bugs in the room and pool. Dirty stinks and just plain nasty. Waited 10 mins for someone to come to the desk to check us in. Wouldn't even take my shoes off. Wouldn't even let a dog stay there.Rooms: Dirty beds dirty floorsSafety: Definitely not safe.Food & drinks: No breakfast only coffee from 6 to 9. Vending machines are all broken so no drinks or snacks to buy.Noteworthy details: If you want bugs then its a great place to stay other wise I'd avoid. You'd be better off sleeping on the ground in the parking lot of a sketchy truck stop

This place was a joke. First of all it looked nothing like what the Internet showed. It maybe had 2 cars in parking lot. Windows were broken. Just not comfortable at all. We didn't even check in. We left and went to the Best Western.

Opted for this property to save some money, but it turned out to be a mistake. Upon check-in, the receptionist at the desk was surprisingly rude without any apparent reason. Despite not smoking, we were sternly informed about a no-smoking policy. (As we came in 2 women were smoking right next to front entrance. No smoking was definitely not enforced)Our simple request for a ground floor room was denied due to booking through a third party app, claimed it's against their policy. There are no elevators, and the hallways were also unkempt. The initial night felt reminiscent of my college dorm days with loud music, eventually ceasing after a complaint.The rest of the stay was thankfully uneventful. However, there was no breakfast despite being advertised, and amenities like laundry, ice, and vending machines faced issues. There was a small refrigerator in room but no microwave or coffee machine.Attempts to request extra towels and toilet paper were unsuccessful due to the absence of staff at the desk, leaving another guest waiting for check-in over 20 minutes. Make sure you check out at 11:00am, if not the front desk person will come bang on doors. I overheard him telling one customer that they charged $30 for every 30 minutes past 11:00am check-out.My advice: Spend the extra money and opt for a different place. The only positive aspect was the bed - clean and surprisingly comfortable.Rooms: Our room was clean but old. A/C - Heater unit did not work very well.No microwave or coffee maker. Did have a mini fridge with no freezer. Only gave two bath towels, one wash cloth, and one hand towel. Shampoo and conditioner provided was previously used. (Gross)Safety: Overall doesn’t feel like a safe place to stay. Lots of people just hanging outside and in parking area at night.Food & drinks: Had 1 old vending machine. Broken our whole stay.

Price, staff, and location were great! But... I woke up the first morning with itching, figured it was maybe a reaction to new laundry detergent. Woke up in the lay day with 5 big welts in a line on my hand(typical from bed bugs). Moved my pillow, found a big bed bug, and brought it down to the front desk. The guy did there was nothing he could do except for notify the manager who wasn't going to be in until Monday.

There was no update to the website. We chose our hotels carefully. Breakfast has not and was said there was no breakfast served for our stay. If they know they don't have breakfast after it being apart of the reservation how do we comped for money spent on a service not provided? Definitely won't stay here again.

Really bad rooms, when I went in it smelled and had food crumbs inside bed sheets. Also a weed vape pen was laying right next to the bed. I left and got a refund. Will never return there.

Staff was rude it looks like the majority of the staff lives on the property. I have been here several times and each room is horrible there was only one room that was actually cleaned. Seems like most guests are here long term.
