The motto of this Corporation should read "we care nothing about our loyal customers and will raise rates astronomically©". I will be moving out the moment I land back in Colorado because of this unethical raising of rates so much. There are competitors out there with nicer and newer facilities right in town that I shall hope to become a loyal customer of.

I was a loyal customer up until the other day when suddenly my monthly rate went up by nearly $15 which is far higher than the average inflation-adjusted increase for a unit. This is not even in the nicest part of town by any means. I had to move cuz I would not give this greedy owner a single penny more.

CubeSmart formerly worth it storage purchased the property under franchise in November of 2023 as I was a customer then and just recently as of July 2024 learned that the monthly rent price went up almost 12%. I rent $80 went up to 95 with only 30 days notice. After calling the office found that the owner is an individual investor out of San Jose California who has nothing but greed . It was assumed that only 1% or less would reject the DraStic price increase and leave and have learned that it is well over 10 to 15% of existing loyal customers that have chosen to leave because of this greedy owner and they sudden ridiculous drastic price increase. Avoid this facility at all costs and try Nelson Road storage which is newer and nicer and cheaper!

I've been calling the place for assistance on a unit we had, they never answer the calls. I called corporate and there were no help either. They asked if I wanted them to transfer the call to them, they did... STILL NO ANSWER or any form of communication.

Used to be a good deal before being bought out. Now we're finding mouse droppings in our belongings and having our rates repeatedly increased by insane amounts, this time without any warning. Just not "worth it" anymore. Will be finding a new storage facility and I urge others to do the same.

Longmont location. Anthony very helpful. It is a good spot. The rate is good. We were happy with our second experience with this storage for summer!!

About 6 months after renting our unit i was informed that our rent would be increasing. Not only did it increase it doubled! We got on a waiting list for a different facility with lower rates and as soon as a space opened up we turned in notice of move out from our current unit following the rules outlined. We were completely moved out and had cleaned our space by the move out date, yet we were still automatically charged for another month. I have called multiple times to talk to someone about this and every time I get a voice-mail so I leave a message requesting a refund and a return call. I have yet to receive either despite multiple messages. Today I received my email invoice that I will be charged again for next month and, of course, cannot get ahold of anyone to talk to about this. It is to the point I will likely have to take a day off work just to go down in person and have the issue resolved. Do NOT use this company if you ever plan to move our of your unit and don't want to continue to pay for it.

Anthony at the front desk is always willing to help find the best fit for you. I started off in the unit there was way too small he moved me over to a bigger unit got me on the end of the aisle. Now I have room to go through all my stuff. And I couldn't ask for anything better. You can feel safe here as there are many cameras located throughout the facility and having a few regular people on sight at all times helps with security

I don't know why it won't let me add pictures, but we were with worth it storage for months with no issues. Then we got a email they were raising our price $20 a month. We went up there to start pulling stuff out of our storage to find out mice had gotten into our unit from another unit and got into one of our boxes with books. Cost us about $200. I requested worth it storage refund us at least one month due to the issue and their response was pretty much they could care less and to take it up with our insurance. I'm not filing a claim and making my insurance take a hit over your negligence. Stay away from worth it storage. Way more negative reviews to come after this one

We had a storage unit there and had been up to check on our unit a few times but never needed to add anything to the unit and everything seemed fine. Up until we were told they were raising the rate and so we decided to remove our belongings and leave the storage unit. Went up there to find mice had gotten into our unit from another unit and eaten through a box with comics and books in it. Damaged at least $200+ worth of books and they want us to claim it on our insurance. No thanks im not gonna have my insurance spike and pay more in premiums due to your not taking care of your property. Disgusting and poor quality of care and the front desk guy said do what you have to do, the owner doesnt care and wont do anything about it. So we will just make it known in all the multiple reviews that will be left
