I'd just like to share my experience today with the staff on Hover.l in longmont, I came In With a flat tire hoping for a repair, the tech, whom I did not catch the name to explained to me that it was not repairable I came in with not a dollar to my name as im going through some hardship in my life, the team member asked me what I was able to pay and that he would work with me, as im scrambling to gather all I can offer another tech tells me my vehicle is ready and they didn't end up charging me anything. Good people amd great businesses still exist and I couldn't be more thankful to the staff here at discount tire. I never got to thank the tech personally so I hope he sees this THANK YOU! You have no idea how appreciated you all are!

Honestly they’ve never let me down over many years. I had a brand new tire that had a screw in it and they fixed and didn’t even charge me. I’ve always bought my tires and will continue to at this company.

Scheduled an appointment for a tire that was consistently losing air. They looked at the one tire and said I needed all new ones and said they would not fix the leaking one. There was some wear on the leaking tire compared to the other 3. Checked the wear bars and they were still of tread. To confirm I took it to another tire store and they agreed I did not need all new tires and helped fix the leaking one. Do not trust them here. It took him less then 30 seconds to look, not offer a solution and push me to buy all new tires. They’ll take advantage of you if you are not at least minimally aware of some knowledge of tires.

My first visit wasn’t the best due to communication difficulties. When I went back the second time to fix my leaking tire, it was a much better experience. Josh was phenomenal with his customer service, and very accommodating.

I was in a pinch. Had a nail in my tire that could not be repaired and Josh told me when I called at 11am he could get me a set of 4 tires installed by 1:30pm. I got my car to them at 12:15pm and was out before 1:30pm. I was able to get up to Keystone as planned and am soo appreciative of the service! Thank you!

This used to be my favorite tire shop. They had a touchless machine and were THE destination for exotics to go for tire swaps. They always had a super-competent tech doing the work, and the manager was always present overseeing high-end installs. There was no additional cost to using the touchless machine. I took my carbon fiber wheels here as a result. Then they started charging $20 per wheel to use the touchless. Whatever, not a big deal on a $2000 tire job. But then they installed two tires backwards (these were track tires that were off the car), wrapped them in bags, and sent me home with them. I discovered this weeks later. The Lafayette location on 287 fixed the job, but I paid $80 for touchless which was undone when another shop had to fix Longmont on Hover's mistake. Then, when I mounted the wheels, I discovered that the wheel weight on one of the two "correctly" done wheels was placed so far inside--literally extending past the inner rim--that it was catching my brake line. The weight damaged the sheathing and I had to replace the brake line, fluid, etc. Finally, and this is the worst, Discount Tire threw out a $2000 set of my tires (well, with $1000 of life left in them). I was switching from Michelin SC2s to PS4S for daily driving but intended to keep the SC2s for the track. I told the Discount Tire mobile install people as much, and *did not pay for disposal* and confirmed with them that they should leave the tires in the garage. They did not. Frankly, after discussing the first multiple incidents with management over the phone, I didn't even bother to bring up the last one. Ultimately, fool me once, shame on then, fool me twice... I should've taken my business elsewhere.

The folks here always fix us up! From freak accidents where I suddenly have 2 flat tires to even patching up a small tractor tire. We always get taken care of! These folks keep us on the road!

The place is ran my a bunch of morons that are on drugs. The most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with. Zero concern for quality work and customer service. Don’t trust your vehicle here if you care about it.

I bought tires here for years, but the quality has gone way down. The last two times in I had to come back within days to get the tires rebalanced. And the last time I bought tires here they broke the spare tire holder on my car and refused to take responsibility for it. I'd say go somewhere else that is not such a factory...

We are in town for a dr appointment and our tire went flat from a bent rim, the staff at discount tire was extremely helpful getting us back on the road so we could make it home the same day
