When we got in touch with Dana we had already worked with a number of realtors in another state. We’d gotten a chance to work with a really good realtor - and those who were still learning. When we decided to move to Colorado we were worried we wouldn’t be able to find someone who had the care, attention to detail, and no pressure vibe we wanted but she absolutely put us at ease! As a family moving from out of state we needed Dana to help us understand the market, lead us to the houses that fit our narrow criteria, and tell us how to navigate the process in totally new place. We had 1 single weekend to look at houses and she made sure we got to see every one we wanted to! We didn’t absolutely have to buy a house that weekend but we did! Our family got our dream home in a dream spot and we couldn’t be happier about it! We absolutely could not have done it without her expertise and guidance!

If you are thinking of hiring Dana to either sell or buy a house, just do it! A friend of mine died this year and I am the executer of his estate. He had a house that I was responsible for selling. My big challenge was I no longer live in the same state and faced having to do everything from 2,000 miles away. I had used 8Z before and had been very happy with the company. I was paired with Dana as she was familiar with the neighborhood. We spoke several times on the phone prior to me coming out and she was very helpful. The house was very dated, and had some challenges, but Dana had priced out several similar listings in the area and we agreed on a selling price. She went above and beyond in helping me find resources to help clean out the house, and even worked herself! The market had started to soften by the time I could legally put the house on the market, but Dana was a steady force in keeping my nerves intact. The house was under contract in 2 weeks. We closed on the house 3 weeks later, and I couldn't have been happier with Dana's work! She was amazing to work with, and I couldn't have asked for a more amazing and helpful realtor!

Dana was an excellent realtor to work with. Everything was top quality, from professional photos to the staging of our house. We were thrilled to have a contract for our home sale within a week of listing it and Dana expertly negotiated a sale price that was $30k over our asking price. From beginning to end we were thrilled with the service that Dana provided.

When my wife and I first met Dana at our house, we sensed she was someone special. She took a personal interest in our house, guided us through a process that would prepare our house to be the most attractive to potential buyers as possible. When we had questions, she always responded promptly and completely. She also knew where to find quality vendors when parts of our house needed updating and arranged timely cosmetic refurbishing processes. She consistently respected time constraints which we faced and worked to make everything integrate with our needs. She was attentive to every detail and went above and beyond such as replacing a battery in a smoke alarm or clearing the sidewalks of snow. When it came time to begin showings, she had created beautiful marketing materials, arranged for previews, and personally held staged showings and open houses. In two days, we had multiple offers to choose from in a “down” market. Our judgment is that in every way, Dana is an exceptional seller’s agent and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell their home.
