This store has recently increased it's staff and it shows. The last few times I've visited there have been next to no lines which is a drastic improvement from the 45+ minutes it used to take. Staff was friendly in person and on the phone. Just wanted to leave a review that reflects the current state of things.

Slowest pharmacy of AAAALLLLL TIME. The staff shows zero urgency, and not a single time I’ve been here, has there been less than a 20 minute wait in line. Sure, they’re probably short staffed like everyone else, but they move as if they’re all drugged on sedatives. If you have the ability to fill your prescriptions elsewhere, save yourself the time and energy and don’t come here. Oh, they never answer their phones either, so even if you wanted to have your prescriptions delivered through the CVS app so you don’t have to waste your time in the store, there’s zero chance of getting ahold of anyone via phone if you need to make any changes to your online order (and the app doesn’t let you make changes either.) This whole company is garbage and I loathe that I have to use CVS under my insurance plan.

Not family friendly. Pharmacy line consistently takes 30-45 minutes, next to the isle of condoms and ky jelly. Place is run like a joke.

If you’re familiar with the dmv scene from the movie Zootopia, yeah, it’s kinda like that, except I’d rather be at the dmv.6 employees filling prescriptions, 1 helping customers. No point in 6 employees filling medications if it takes the better part of an hour every single time to pick up 1 prescription. It appears that ‘short staffing’ wasn’t the true problem and adding more staffing wasn’t the solution.If my company/insurance permitted anything other than CVS, I would jump at the opportunity.

Average situation at this pharmacy: Called in to ask a question, sat on hold for 45 minutes. Decided to leave the call connected and drive to the store. Stood in line for another 45 minutes. Got to the counter (call still connected and on hold), showed the tech that I had now been on hold for 90 minutes and it was simply faster to come in person (even saw the blinking light on the phone where my call was parked). The tech then (and I really wish I were making this up)...walked over and picked up the phone to answer my call because he did not understand it was me on the other end and thought I was requesting that he pick up the phone. Long story short, they were out of the medication I needed so I came back 48 hours later and repeated most of the process. 10/10

i waited an hour on the phone two days ago, then somebody picked up and then hung up. now i’m picking up and they didn’t run it through insurance, but they have automatically, for years. i don’t get it. but the reviews here are true

They really need to resolve their staffing issues. Had nothing but problems for months now and it's not getting better. Came to pick up a prescription at 1:15. Just one person in line ahead of me, but I waited 15 mins only for them to close for lunch at 1:30. Would have taken 2 minutes to check me out and I was here before 1:30!

I feel bad that this place has so many poor reviews lol I think they’ve been pretty good the past few months. The only issue I have is that their text alert system doesn’t really work. They also call me when my medication is available about half the time. Slight inconsistency with communication, otherwise good.

There is never not an enormous line, and plan on waiting at least 30 min. It's so infuriating because there is only ever one person working at the register for oftentimes both pick ups and drop offs. It's too bad because the people working there are very kind. I have no idea how they have never fixed this problem!

Don’t bother. You probably won’t be able to get your prescriptions due to the line. And that’s if you can even get them filled. Calling doesn’t work either.This isn’t the pharmacists fault either, if you talk to them - it’s corporate CVS not staffing this location. Go to Costco pharmacy, GoodDay, or even Walgreens.
