This location gives me anxiety! It is my closest location and have to run in quickly and quickly out. They previously sold me 2 used clippers and I came back right away the next day when I noticed and was not treated kindly. Why hadn't I came sooner and that it's impossible because they don't return them. I don't know how it happened but it wasn't me. I shouldn't have to keep a used , missing pieces equipment that is not cheap. I always try to walk in with a positive attitude. I understand policy but if it's not held up on their end it isn't my issue. 10 times they have tried to update my information and each time they say Rudely it'll do it this time again as if it is my fault the computer doesn't update. Now I just say yes everything is correct. If it wasn't for my love and obsession with Wella I don't think I would visit this location. I really try to stay low key and run out. They are nothing like Salon Centric customer service. Today I had to purchase a large Wella lightener and some developers. There was a sign for a free developer with the purchase of the size lightner. Developers are not very costly so it wasn't a big deal for me. Just didn't hurt to double check and ask. So I thought.. So when I noticed it hadn't removed I kindly asked about the details. My cashier was super kind and asked for me (short curly hair) she is super sweet! If I could shop when she's working I would love that! Another associate came out and said (pointing smugly to her paper ad) It's only for these 20 and 30. Let me show you what it says on the paper!" I responded "oh I didn't see it in the paper I was just going by the sign on the shelf?" My bad! well it's what I would have finished saying but she cut me off "ya what's on the shelf, Uh huh," as she was walking away. I swear I just have to laugh and walk away. I said ok can I get one when they come in? To which she responded NO! I can return your Lightner if you don't want it!" I needed my supplies I had on hand . I didn't think it would cause such hostility by asking nicely. Woah! It's not that serious. No biggie.

I was here a few days ago. I was greeted at the door and she asked if I needed help. I said yes I do please. I was being friendly and making small talk and that's whenI told her that I was a licensed aesthetician. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of product knowledge and I need something for dry scalp. Out of the clear blue she went on this rant about my hair, chemical burns and in the same breath proceeded to let me know that I wasn't allowed to purchase bleach, hair color or anything for nails because of the new laws. EXCUSE ME WHAT?!In June I purchased bleach, hair color and nail supplies. I asked when this new law passed. She said 2015.My license is current and in their computer. She cared more about letting me know what I couldn't purchase and talking crazy. According to her they didn't really have what I was looking for anyway. This place has more than enough products for dry scalp. I walked out never to return. I've been a good customer since 2012. I took my business to Salon centric.

I have been doing hair for 20 years I have literally spent thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars in the store in today I was told that I need to ask permission if I need to use the restroom.... But the worst part about it is during covid she chased me down and stood 2' in front of me to tell me I need to ask permission as an adult to use a public restroom.....

They have the nicest workers at this cosmoprof! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two lovely ladies and they asked me a few times if I'm looking for anything specific and made it known they're there to help. I left the store with everything I needed. Excellent customer service. Will be coming back!

Hands down the best Cosmo prof ever the girls are amazing always helpful they always stocked up and have what I need I'm greeted every time I walk in .this place is always clean nice and neat these ladies do a great job at keeping this store up keep up the great work !
