“Mike is great. Answered my call and spent 20 minutes going over what I needed to do some hobby gaming stuff at home. Bought the server and it was ready the same day. I picked it up and had issues because I was trying to connect an outdated ethernet card. Contacted him at 5:30pm and he responded in minutes with custom IT support. Purchased a new PCIe and plugged it directly into the 'riser' that he provided, for free. It worked and I am thankfully for his knowledge.”

The ordering and pick-up process went very well, and the staff at this Best Buy were very pleasant and went above and beyond to secure the item I had purchased. I arrived early, and the product hadn't yet been pulled from the shelf. The clerk was able to speed up the process for getting me my product, which I really appreciated! Excellent experience!”
