I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Colorado Autowerks, and I must say it was one of the most disrespectful experiences I've ever had as a customer. Their behavior and attitude were simply horrific, leaving me extremely disappointed and frustrated.Firstly, the staff members at Colorado Autowerks lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that they had no regard for customer service. Instead of greeting me with a friendly demeanor, they seemed disinterested and bothered by my presence. Their dismissive attitude was evident as they barely acknowledged my questions and concerns.To make matters worse, their pricing was excessive for the poor service they provide. We never agreed on a price on what it was going to take to fix my car before they did a diagnostic on my car, they then called me cheap because I told them the price was a bit too high. It's clear that Colorado Autowerks prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, as evidenced by their lack of effort and respect.I would strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to Colorado Autowerks. Their disrespectful and unprofessional behavior, coupled with their poor service, makes them unworthy of your time and money. There are countless other car detailing businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide excellent results, so do yourself a favor and choose one of them instead. Save yourself the headache and avoid Colorado Autowerks at all costs.

I rarely leave reviews, but these guys deserve one!! My car looked so good and shiny and smelled better than the day I got it.
