I just want to say thank you for being an honest vet. Every time I have visited the staff and doctors are so welcoming. Additionally, thank you for fair pricing and being upfront about what treatment is necessary or optional. Anytime someone asks what vet I use, I always recommend Coal Ridge! ??

excellent care - the vet was interested in our concerns, didn't rush us through, and followed up with a 15 minute phone call explaining all the test results and actions to take. She was caring, compassionate, and professional. Highly recommend

I wish I could say that we had a good experience, but after going here for several years with a dog that got extremely ill, I have mixed feelings about this place. They were certainly happy to take our money, but none of it helped. I think it compounded the issues if nothing else, and after a lot of work and heartache, we decided to pull our dog down for his final rest. Not even so much as a call or card check up on us. I'm considering finding another vet and getting a second opinion on our cat's issues with that being said. Not sure yet where to try.

I have only been here once, but the care seemed good and the prices seem good. It is a bit out of the way and hard to find, but the vets are good listeners and knowledgeable. I took my puppy in for his 12 week checkup. Even though it's far from my house, I will go again and update this if necessary.

Dr Knudson is very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. She is very thorough and willingly and patiently explains and answers all questions. Melanie was the assistant today and she was so sweet, friendly and helpful. They are a busy practice, but worth the wait.

This is in my opinion, a wonderful practice filled with loving, kind, animal-loving people. I've never had anything but a wonderful experience, from doctor's to staff. We've had half a dozen pets through, and several deaths, and I find they are consistently sweet through all. Even when I've not been into doing something they never pressure or goad, they just inform and await my needs and decisions, even if they may not agree. They are especially compassionate when a pet passes or needs to be helped to pass. They offer extra little thoughtful things like the doc recently offered to clip the matts in our Border collie's neck fur, without being asked or paid for. They give great advice, too, with care and concern without trying to gouge us for money. I really highly recommend this business, and I think we'll be there for life.

They are happy to give routine checkups, but worthless if your pet needs care any other time even during working hours and weekdays.

Amazing doctors and staff. Dr. Rushing was very thorough in helping diagnose my sick dog and the nurse Melanie was very kind and patient when going over medications with me.

These guys are awesome. They are always crazy busy every time I'm there but the front of house staff and vet techs are on point, courteous and efficient.
Everyone there clearly has a passion for animals and it shows.

Only ever been to one other vet clinic that was as friendly and comfortable as this one, super friendly staff, great sized exam rooms, and comfortable enough for my German Shepherd (who has a decent amount of anxiety) to do just fine. Glad I found it
