Terrible experience, we followed all the process to get application done. Then we didn’t hear anything, I had to call and prayed they answered their phone. Answered once, i got the pre-authorization but couldn’t get answers for the loan I wanted. I had already placed an offer on a house that was accepted contingent I get a pre-authorization letter. Do you think I was able to get ahold of anyone for that even after being pre-authorized? Nope, I ended up giving up and going through a different loan provider who answered all my calls and questions. Unfortunately, it came to a Friday so I could potentially be stuck in a bidding war or lose the property after having our offer accepted all because this company didn’t want to answer their phones. To top it off they didn’t mind running my credit so now that I am having to shop around my credit will go down with each time it’s ran again. If I was you, I’d avoid the additional hassle this company puts on an already stressful process.

****John reached out to me after seeing the review to let me know they will reimburse me for the late fee. I appreciate the response but it still shouldn't have taken 3 phones to get the outcome. At least they are making things right in the long run.**Will never use centennial leading again. Bought out my lease and through the entire process all they wanted to know was when they were going to get the money and had no interest in helping with the buy out process. After buying it out it took my bank 16 days to get the title. I eventually got the title ans went to have the title transfered over and now I have a late fee since it wasn't transfered over in the 15 days from when the title was signed. When asked about why it took so long they blamed the mail. Worst customer service ever.

I used Centennial Lending to finance a two-way real estate transaction and couldn't be happier. The process was started by Doug, and then serviced and closed by Jessica. Both were very efficient and on time with each step along the way. Start to finish was less than 90 days and worry free. Thanks Centennial.

UPDATE -So after my somewhat scathing review, I was contacted by the bank. They explained the situation and advised me that they were going to try and advocate for me with CULA. About 30 minutes later a lovely representative (Crystal) calls back and advised me that CULA has waived a clause in the lease to allow me to sell the vehicle.I was honestly blown away by the customer service oriented approach to helping me solve the problem. I am still hitting some roadblocks with the dealership (not the banks fault), but they completely averted me having to get an auto loan to buy the car (wait 30 days for a title transfer) and then sell the call to a dealer.Thank you Crystal for your sincere approach to solving a very frustrating situation for me.Original PostSeries of unfortunate events. I first made the mistake of using an auto broker that completely screwed me. I then made the mistake of leasing said vehicle through this bank. Fast forward 1.5 years and I find myself inheriting a couple cars. I no longer need the lease so I call the bank to find out my options. They give me the following options.Buy out the lease (get a auto loan)Turn in lease early (they offered about 4 grand under the value of the vehicle so a negative 4 grand loss for me)Trade it in for another car (go to any dealership and trade it in for another vehicle... used or new)So I go to car max who offers me the value of the vehicle (yay! I don't have to take a 4k hit). The sales office tells me that the bank won't release the title on a sale... only on a trade in. How this makes any sense at all is completely beyond me.So now here i am, having to apply for a loan to buy out my cars lease to then have to go sell it.End of the day all the bank has done is put a huge inconvenience on me while they still get paid what is owed on the car ?♂️.

I didn't have really any interaction with Centennial until the end of my lease. I decided to buy out my truck lease and resell it for cash to put down on a used vehicle. It was a very complicated process, but ***** took numerous phone calls from me to make sure I completely understood the process and help me along the way. She was very helpful and made everything go very smoothly.

Had a home mortgage loan since 2013, sadly I just sold the house. Every time I called customer service they were responsive, helpful and pleasant. Always true to their word and never any surprises. I hope to use them in the future if I need to, thanks for everything!

Fantastic experience working with Doug G and the team at Centennial. I needed to do a relatively fast cash-out refinance on a commercial property. I reached out to Doug as well as a different lender to see what they could offer. Doug was able to get me approved and closed within about a month, while the other lender was quoting closer to 2 months. I got a better rate and competitive terms with Centennial (meanwhile the other lender kept changing the deal). Doug’s communication, responsiveness and professionalism throughout the process was spot-on. He made the process extremely smooth and pleasant throughout. We even closed a day sooner than my target date! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Centennial will definitely be at the top of my list for any future commercial lending needs…I highly recommend them!
