We recently had the pleasure of working with salesperson/designer Dillon Briscoe at BuildDesign America (formerly CarpetWise) Longmont. We replaced carpet/tile with LVP flooring. Dillon patiently worked with us in determining the exact product and color that was best suited for our home. They work with the highest quality installation teams. Our home has some interesting angles that made us a little nervous but our floor installer was like an artist, carefully thinking out where every piece should be cut and laid. It turned out amazing and we couldn't be more pleased.We also had BuildDesign America's tile expert, Daniel, install the most beautiful fireplace surround for our new gas fireplace. Again, another true expert at his trade, a true artisan and just an all-around nice person!We would like to also acknowledge owner Sam Chesher. He is tremendously supportive of his employees and provides valuable insight when needed. Thanks Sam!!!And finally, we would be remiss if we did not acknowledge our friends Penny, Ellie & Dexter.We can recommend BuildDesign America ( formerly CarpetWise) with confidence and will definitely be using them for future homerenovation projects.

This group is knowledgeable and experienced! They were highly recommended on value and general customer care and workmanship.While we were happy with the value and attention during presale, installation had some issues with workmanship that were not resolved. Attempts to discuss remedy were not reciprocated.In the future we are likely to seek out other vendors first.

We're very pleased with our new carpet! Carpet Wise came recommended from a contractor friend. The process from selecting the carpet to having it installed went very smoothly overall. We picked out the carpet and by a week and a half later, they had finished the job. We bought our first home and they were able to complete the project within two days of closing and adjust the timeline forward a little when the closing ended up happening sooner.There was miscommunication on the team regarding where we wanted carpet as we were only intending to do the top floor and stairs, and wait on re-carpeting the main floor--I guess that arrangement is not very common. Carpet was initially cut for the downstairs that we had ordered for upstairs. When they realized their mistake, they recut it for upstairs and put a lower thread-count of the same carpet downstairs and did not charge us extra for the additional labor/extra carpet. We appreciated the customer service and how professionally they handled the situation. And we also appreciate the extra carpet. :) Really love the results-- it feels so fresh to have new carpet in our home.

Do not give these people your buisness! They attempted to overcharge me by double for contracted in-house labor, they created an estimate and sketch without putting all of the correct cost for materials. Then when I asked for a copy of the entire estimate they try to strong-arm you into paying a $500 deposit and signing a workorder. Poor client relations and just taking advantage of people that aren't knowledgeable with cabnetry installations.

Easy to work with from sales to install! Everyone was helpful, educated and mindful of our needs as a customer and this was most important to me. Our future projects will definitely be through Carpetwise from here on out, beats every big box store every time!!!

My wife and I purchased carpet here for 3 of our bedrooms and the master closet back in late December 2021 because we'd purchased flooring for our basement a few years ago and were very happy with that experience (unlike the carpet, I did not have the basement flooring installed by carpetwise). The owner, Sam, sat down with the two of us and took the time to run us through carpet and padding options to help us get the best bang for our buck. Then he helped us schedule the installations with a few days in between the different rooms so I had time to clear out each room, which helped me save even more money. The installations were smooth and quick, each time being done in less than half a day. The new carpet looks beautiful and feels absolutely amazing, so much nicer than the original carpet the builders had installed. Thank you Sam and co. for the time you took to help us out, we could not be happier with the end results.

We had a great experience getting our carpet installed with Carpet Wise. Absolutely every person we worked with was kind, knowledgeable, and hard working! Sam helped us pick out our carpet. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable and was able to find us exactly what we wanted. Adolfo helped us throughout the entire process. He was also very knowledgeable, always easy to get ahold of and gave us a lot of different installation options so we were able to stay within our budget. Finally, Jose installed our carpet & he truly couldn't have been better! He was so respectful and hard working. He is even going to help us with another separate repair in our house. We highly recommend Carpet Wise and will always be going through them for any future flooring needs.

We had wood, LVP and carpeting installed in our home. Dillon was excellent in advising us and working through the selection, details, and installation timing. Our installer was like an artist - forward thinking, careful with his work and resourceful. We liked that one small business could do all three projects. They made it easy, and we are very pleased. Highly recommend Carpetwise.

We are moving and needed our upstairs carpet stretched. Our closing date and hence move-out date bounced around for a while and Brian and the crew at CarpetWise were immensely flexible and patient with us in terms of getting us scheduled.The service tech came out today and did the job in a few hour's time. It turned out fantastic! The gentleman was extremely friendly and capable.The fee for job was very modest, too.Overall, I couldn't be happier with CarpetWise!

Had a very good experience with this store. Was just looking for a large remnant. Looked at 4 or 5 other stores and their prices for a remnant were high. Carpet Wise had remnants priced well. I had found a remnant at another carpet store (before going into Carpet Wise) but they would not deliver it. (Would not even have it delivered to their Longmont store and I could pick it up from there) Carpet Wise said they would absolutely deliver with no extra charge. They said they have a binder guy who could put a nice edge on it and that was a reasonable price as well. They also held the remnant until we were able to get the room ready for it. Great carpet store, I appreciate them working with me and some special circumstances - no grief at all, just helpful to me in everyway to get the job done right! Thank you Dillon and all the Carpet Wise team!

Sam and the team at Carpet Wise break the mold when it comes to exemplary customer service. Sam is a compassionate, caring individual that sees the customer for who they are and not for how much money they are willing to spend.
