I am so very happy with all the veterinarians at Cambridge! I am happy to have found them and couldn't give them a higher recommendation!

New to the area and WOW! The doctors and staff are amazing. If you live any where near this animal hospital and you don’t take your pet here you are missing out on a true gem. give it a try! You won’t be sorry. I am here for a short time and I am already panicking about what to do when I don’t have this hospital , doctors, and staff on my side for pet care after one visit!

Absolutely amazing service for our family cat when she had some issues requiring surgery. Dr. Thornton and her entire team was caring, compassionate and provided updates along the way. It’s always nerve wracking to drop your pet off not knowing how the surgery will shake out, but from the moment we walked in and met the staff we had zero doubts our cat was in great hands. The veterinary services prices are also very competitive for the area and below the average in the Denver metro area. We are excited to be long time clients of Cambridge!

Dr. Thornton recently diagnosed our dog with thyroid problems. She was so caring and professional with her diagnosis resulting in Pippa now having a luxurious coat and tons of energy again. We have a new dog!!! The support staff was super friendly and we felt so welcome. Great job to all.

I usually try to write reviews for good or poor service. Truthfully, we've been going to this vet for quite a few years (since before they moved to this new locations) and have previously been very satisfied with the experience. Recently, they instituted a deposit requirement for appointments because they have had so many clients make an appointment and then not show up. As far as I recall, we have never missed an appointment, so are disappointed in the new policy. However, we understand the need for it, so it's not something that would have changed our recommendation for this vet,
However, we just (over the last weekend) inherited two new pets - a dog and a cat. The dog came with a significant gash on one of her paws. Not an emergency as it's healing and she's only limping, but we would have liked a quick check to make sure there wasn't anything that needed to be done. When this sort of thing has happened in the past, we've been able to call the vet and get a 'drop-off' appointment where the vet would find a little time during the day to take a look at the issue. This time, we were told that they can't look at her for 3 weeks.
I understand the concern about new 'clients', but in this case, we've been consistent clients for a while so it would seem to me that there would be some adaptation for those customers that have been reliable and loyal in the past. Sadly this doesn't appear to be the case. It's too bad since we do like the staff and location, but given the number of vets in the Longmont area, we'll probably be looking around for other options.

They were able to see my dog, without an appt, she was sick and needed attention right away. Price was not too bad considering

Always professional and empathetic care. Conduct follow up after patient visits. And willing to accept questions to the veterinary staff from customers in between visits.

Dr. Durbin and staff are wonderful. I have been coming here for over 12 years with my fur babies and I can't say enough good things about the level of care, compassion, friendliness and knowledge of the doctors and staff.

It's such a great animal hospital. The staff are welcoming not only to the pets but you as well. They are thorough, patient, and have a general concern for your pets well-being. It's got a great small-town vibe. Make an appointment, you won't be disappointed.

Our dog was diagnosed with cancer. Cambridge Animal Hospital failed to send the correct prescription to the pharmacy. As a result - his condition got worse. Instead of saying they were sorry for their mistake- they wrongly blamed the pharmacy and charged us for yet another exam. Cambridge is terrible with communication, accountability, and empathy. My family, friends, and I will NEVER deal with Cambridge Animal Hospital again.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr Natalie and her staff. I started seeing her when my mother-in-law recommended her as a vet for our golden retriever 15+ years ago. I always felt like our previous vet in Aurora was like seeing an automechanic where you leave with an estimate of additional tests and procedures that weren't necessary. It was a completely different experience with Dr Natalie so we would make the drive from Aurora to Longmont. When Koda got sick, she was so compassionate knowing he was our family, but also explaining the reality of his diagnosis. Now we have 2 frenchies and continue to make the commute to Cambridge so our pups get quality care.
