Got an estimate here done, Even though they didn't work on my vehicle. They did tell me it was totaled. They did end up being totaled somewhere else. Caliber collision is fantastic they back their work for the lifetime of the owner! Always my first choice.

I repaired hail damage repair by this shop. Patient less dent repair was good like brand new but they have to more careful to repairing time . I got some scratches during the repair time .they say , they gonna fix it.Overall i am satisfied.

Sam did the work on my car and even though it looks pretty at first glance it actually now looks like this when you look at detail. I'm not happy. Not only that but when I told Sam about the mechanical issues I was having instead of telling me they were a body only shop cause I didn't know she told me the issues I was experiencing were safety features every car does. When I corrected that statement she then told me she doesn't think insurance will even cover those kinds of repairs. It's not up to her to tell me my coverage she knows nothing about but also she should've just told me she does body work only. When I called multiple times to speak with her she refused to come to the phone and said she'd call me back but never did. THEN when they took too long for the repairs and they had to cover the last week of the rental they didn't communicate with the enterprise and enterprise charged me for it. Leaving me unable to pay my deductible. They waived the deductible till a molding piece comes in which is great but the paint job is so poor. Super dissatisfied with the way I was treated, lack of communication and poor workmanship.
