The store has a big parking lot with a separate lumber entry at the rear. Staff are often helpful and friendly, and will walk customers to what they need. However, customer service can be hit or miss, with some employees being less than enthusiastic or helpful. The website lacks stock information and pricing, which is a frequent suggestion for improvement. Despite this, many customers find it a go-to store with a better selection and service than larger chains.
Visiting budget home supply I was shockingly surprised with the level of customer service. I am a contractor and I must say I was very happy. Bob that works back in the decking department is one of the most helpful and courteous people I have everhad the pleasure of dealing with! 5 stars for Bob!!!!

The one thing I was looking for, after looking at Home Depot and Lowe's, I found at Budget! Next time, I'll make budget my FIRST choice!

Wonderful old-style customer service. Prices competitive and did I mention the customer service? Big parking lot, lumber stuff entry at the rear. No more irritating hunt, no misinformation as where items are - they will even walk you to what you need.
