Had the privilege of working with Rick. Not only is this guy an amazing individual with an incredible personality but you can really tell he enjoys what he does, and really wants to set you up right! He really cared about getting me something that was right for me, and boy did he not disappoint. He made the purchasing/trade-in process a breeze and was extremely helpful. I will definitely be returning in the future to do my car purchasing with Booth Motors, and especially Rick.

It’s super unfortunate but I was sold a vehicle from this dealership that requires thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Purchased a 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA 45 AMG with roughly 82,000 miles on it late May, 2024. Had a great experience actually purchasing the vehicle, they worked with me on the price, etc.
A day after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed that there was fluid leaking on my garage floor, so I contacted Booth Motors for assistance. Didn’t hear back from anyone for a while, but I called them back one more time and finally got in touch with someone who advised me to bring my vehicle in.
Once I brought my car in, I was advised that the passenger axle seal was leaking and would need replacement, but they advised me that they cleaned up the leak and to keep an eye on it over the next few days and if I had any additional issues to bring it in and they would fix it and have it covered through my warranty. The actual seals themselves are not covered under my extended warranty, however, the service people advised me that the axle seals are only sold together with the entire axle from Mercedes-Benz so that would be covered under the warranty
Sure enough, just days later after bringing my car home, the leaking proceeded and I went to another shop to have my car checked out (because Booth motors is roughly an hour and a half away from me). The repair shop showed me with my own eyes that BOTH the passenger and driver side axle seals were leaking fluid and would need repair. Unfortunately, the shop that I went through could not fix the leak because there are very specialized tools that only Mercedes-Benz has access to in order to fix it.
Took my vehicle to Mercedes-Benz in Littleton over the weekend, we are looking at $3779 worth of work. Confirmed that BOTH axle seals were leaking and would need to be “repaired”. Sure enough, the axle seals themselves ARE sold separately and DON’T require you to replace the entire axle, but again, the axle “SEAL” is not covered under my extended warranty. Mercedes, understandably trying to do the right thing, was not going to quote me for an actual axle since I didn’t need one (only the seals) and sometimes, an inspector is sent to confirm claims in an effort to reduce fraud. Therefore, this specific repair was not covered under my warranty since it doesn’t cover seals.
I initially didn’t worry too much because the service people at Booth Motors mentioned that this was something they could repair for me when I initially took my vehicle to them and have it covered under the warranty. I called Booth Motors back to see if they could fix it as they said they could when I took my vehicle there initially and the service manager, Luke, confirmed that he would be able to have the parts and labor covered through my warranty (by replacing the entire axle) but once I mentioned that another service shop told me that Mercedes uses specialized tools, he took a minute to look and then confirmed that I would indeed need to take the vehicle to Mercedes and have it repaired even though I mentioned several times that it’s not covered out of the warranty and I don’t have $3779 laying around for a repair on a car that I bought less than three months ago from them.
The reason why I don’t recommend purchasing your vehicle from this dealer at this time is because this vehicle was clearly sold to me with this pre-existing condition. The vehicle is in otherwise excellent condition and I’m not saying they sabotaged my vehicle but they clearly did not do a thorough inspection of the vehicle because it’s been leaking oil from the axle seals since day one of my possession, which means that it had been leaking probably since they purchased a vehicle from auction, I imagine; and definitely while in their property. They probably figured I can just “take care of any issues with the warranty….”. The attitude of the service/sales team is sort of “too bad, so sad“ at this point.

Rick Forlenza was fantastic! We are not easy to sell a car to, that said our experience was great. Rick was patient and took the time to work with us on the car details. We didn't buy the car in that moment, we wanted to get lunch and discuss privately (Wife & I) a car she will choose. A good testament to a salesman is recognizing needs & restraining from the hard sales tactics preventing a client from leaving without purchase. He gave us the space to make a decision and earned our business. My wife loves her new Type R Civic! It was priced fairly and we were not surprised by any upcharges at closing. They even saved us .5% on another credit union even with our pre-approval we secured in advance. Booth Motors has a good selection of unique vehicles. I would recommend looking at them as an option for a vehicle if you want a fair deal on a specific vehicle.

Booth Motors for the win!
This place is spectacular folks. I went there to buy a new (to me) car in December and I am happy I did. Since my purchase I have been adding aftermarket upgrades to make it the car of my dreams and they continue to help me along the way. When I’m ready to add another car to the family again, Booth will be the first place I look.

Going to dealerships typically is an undesirable experience. That was absolutely not the case with Booth Motors. They were so genuine from the very beginning and were very professional throughout the whole process. They made buying a car painless and enjoyable, like it should be. If you want to be happy through the whole process of buying a car, and actually get to enjoy the experience, go to Jesse Cereceres. Absolutely worth it.

Went to booth motors to look at a Honda accord. The car when started ended up sounding really bad. I was getting ready to leave when the sales man offered me to look at 2012 Honda civic. The car looked and felt nice when driving. I asked the sales man about their mechanical work. He stated they go through all cars and check everything. Regardless I ended up buying the car. After about a month I noticed tons of paint chips, from them covering it with touch up paint. That was the least of my worries. My front break pads fell of well driving confused I limped my car back home and began to service the vehicle. After taking off the front wheels, I realized it had rear break rotors on the front of the wheels. Causing them to fall out from the vehicle. I ended up replacing the front rotor and breaks. I went to the dealership to explain my concerns and was told that there is no way they left my car in that condition. That they check all the mechanics of the vehicle when they get it. Confused and upset knowing nothing could be done at this point I left. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them. They do not check the vehicle properly and will leave you with an unsafe vehicle down the road. I really could have lost my life or injured others. I am luck I am mechanically inclined or I would have not know the difference. Next time I buy I vehicle I’m gonna bring a jack and tool to give it a through check. Buying from a company like this one gives me no faith in buying a vehicle from any Colorado dealership. Totally ruined my faith in Colorado company’s.

These guys are genuine. We called ahead and Shane was ready with the car we asked about when we pulled up. Shane was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and an all-around pleasant person to do business with. The financing went smoothly and efficiently, the office was warm and comfortable. We will need another car for my husband in the next year and we will definitely be back.
