“We were driving through Colorado when the lugs to our camper tire sheered off and our tire went flying across the freeway. My husband and a friend went to O’Reilly’s to get parts. They didn’t have in stock what we needed but April went above and beyond to call around and find a store that did. We are extremely grateful to her!”
“I came into this store after being led astray by a competitor and I am very glad I did. I was helped by Max and I honestly don't think I've gotten better customer service anywhere. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I thought I needed a new valve cover AND I had the wrong motor type. Max realized immediately that I was asking for the wrong thing and, instead of selling me a new valve cover, he sold me the gaskets I actually needed, saving me a lot of time and money. He even went a step further, helping me replace the gaskets right there in the store, explaining and teaching as he went. This is where I will be coming from now on.”

“These guys sold me the wrong pair of brake shoes, now my car literally won't move because the brakes pads have too much contact with the drum. I suppose there's some egg on my face for not verifying. Still, it has been a waste of time, money, and I have no way of getting to work.
To their credit, we've been working over the phone to come to a resolution, and their team has been receptive to taking back the incorrect parts despite them no longer being new in box. I've updated my review to three stars, and we'll see how things pan out.
Edited to four stars because the store management graciously issued a refund. Sometimes you can't always get it right on the first go around, but the store's efforts to work with me were both admirable and appreciated.”
