Worst place ever. Places an online order a s came with my battery. I asked the associate twice to check my car and model are compatible. The associate was probably high, I returned as it was not right. Went back home to notice it was still not right. Came back at 5 pm and the shop closed early instead of 7. What a waste of my day and poor customer service.

I don't know why but they refused to sell me watch batteries. Must have wanted me to pay for their service. Anyways. You can find everything they offer for much cheaper anywhere else. Save your money. They don't want it anyway.

I phoned a couple of times, and they were very helpful and pleasant. In person they were the same. I had purchased a battery online and found a coupon to use. When I got there, I found out I had purchased the wrong battery for my car. We had to switch to another, and they transferred the coupon over to the 2nd battery.

Don't trust the staff to verify that you are getting what you paid for and don't let them talk you into any bogus charges. If you say NO, make sure they follow your instructions
