Absolute worse customer service EVER. Snarky, short with communication, no thank you, no hello, NO GOODBYE, NOTHING. I will avoid this branch at all cost. And it's not just one employee, it's ALL of them. This branch manager should be ashamed as well as BMO as a whole

Customer service has been horrible in this branch since I first went in a few years ago and has only gotten worse. Banked here since me and my husband got together for the last 6 years and we should have moved banks a long time ago. They can’t file paperwork correctly, had to do a name change 4 different times because they never actually put it in the system. They have treated me rude just trying to put money in or take any out, no matter how I’ve been in contact with this branch they have been horrible. We are going today to remove our accounts with them.

This branch doesn't even deserve stars their customer service is appalling and they are not problem solvers or helpful.Ms. Laura Knowles (Assistant Branch Manager) talked to me like I was 5 instead of listening to me and helping me problem solve, and Mr. Scott Moloney was even worse and he is supposed to be the Branch Manager.This was a case of cashing a check under a name that I have been using for years with this bank, (my name plus my business name) the kind people in Lyons helped me set it up over half a decade ago and the Longmont branch said they had no record of it.They even went on to say they had never seen me in the branch (which is just sad) as it is the branch I cash and deposit all my checks in now and have for the past 2 years. (Such a rude statement in any case)Instead of problem solving and being helpful they went on to say the laws had changed, they would not look up past history of my account, Ms. Laura Knowles would not even listen to me, nor would Mr. Scott Moloney. Mr. Moloney went on to hand me a "deposit account disclosure" saying I should read the laws when asked about the "laws" that were changed.He said he wanted to help me; and when I asked him how he was going to help me.He said, "now we are going to have a time out" like I was a child - it was a real question and deserved a real answer.Customer service is about helping, not hurting nor disrespecting.I would like to add, that I was so impressed with their branch in Lyons, Colorado, they helped me set up my account under my name with the addition of Blue Deer Digital on it as when I opened my account I was a struggling single mom and had no money to open a business account, in around 2017.I have deposited so many checks at Bank of the West accordingly for many years, and the tellers at the Hover Street, Longmont branch refused to today.Pretty sad that I see others here have had 1 star experiences with customer service as well. As humans working at a bank dealing with people's money wouldn't you want to be kind, solve problems, and treat people with the utmost respect? Why make someone's day bad by being disrespectful and condesending to them?I would like to say that a kind man named Jalani has always helped me at this bank, and I am grateful for him, and I hope that he gets promoted to Managment.I will be not be doing business with Bank of the West anymore, and will not go back to the Bank of the West Hover; I will move to another local back/credit union.It takes 2 bad apples and theyse people Ms. Laura Knowles and Mr. Scott Moloney are not good or kind people, their disrespect and unkindness plus the act of shushing someone out instead of helping them has been noticed, it's quite unbecoming and unprofessional that they would treat people with such horrendous customer service.

I've kept $10K+ in a business checking acct at BOTW for over 15yrs... yet they wouldn't/couldn't notarize a document for me. Customer service doesn't exist at this branch. Customer hassle?... plenty.

The front desk lady needs to get off her high horse. The only way to describe her is a karen. She was there on saterday at 1130. Bank of the west is a great bank though.

Great bank and has all new employees working there. They are all very friendly and do their best to get to you quickly. Bank gets pretty busy but everyone is still so kind.

Everyone at this branch is friendly. The bankers Jelani and Bryan are very knowledgeable and efficient. BOW meets my expectations as the bank they portray.

I've waited awhile to write this review but this branch has time and time let me down. Worst customer experience from management I've had. Bank with someone, anyone else and save yourself the headache!

Showed up to cash a refund check from a local business. This place tried to question my check for an hour making me then contact the local business myself, the business nonetheless does 100,000s of thousands a month business with this business and still refused to cash a refund check under 10,ooo. The manager was extremely rude and confrontational. I wouldn't recommend using this bank for your business. Sad people are this upset at life. Staff could use a good attitude change.
