These guys bailed me out! I was driving from Boston to San Diego pulling a UHaul and my engine started misfiring outside of Denver. Obviously this was a huge problem as we were getting ready to tow the trailer through the Rocky Mountains with the huge inclines. I called and they slid me in the next morning and had it fixed by noon. Truck has been running fine and got me the rest of the way to California no problem! Huge thanks to them they came through for me.

Finding a good mechanic can be stressful. I am glad to say, these guys put my mind at ease and I genuinely felt I could trust them with my vehicle. Good hands, no doubt! Excellent customer service and never rushed. Super friendly and humble and they seem to enjoy their work. Exceptionally knowledgeable and provide honest advice. They explained so much and took extra time looking over estimates I received from a different shop and explained each item listed and helped me to prioritize what was needed or what I should wait to repair. Fair rates. They even pointed me in the direction of a good fishing spot! GOOD PEOPLE AND GREAT SHOP! Will definitely return even if I do have to drive an hour to see them.

My car freaked out a bit on a Tuesday night-- enough so that I pulled over to the side of the road, perturbed. I was able to drive my car home (a 15 mile drive). Next day, I dropped in to Automotive Authorities, and asked for help. They ran a check, and looked under the hood with me, as I had a couple of other things that needed attention. I made an appointment with them, and they took care of my car so well! They even had a loaner car I was able to use while they fixed my car. I am very happy with the work they did and will definitely use them again!

Absolutely terrible place DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I was recommended here by family and really don’t know anything about cars so started taking my own car here and had MULTIPLE family members take there vehicles here. They overprice for there work, they do a mediocre job and just as of recent quoted me 550$ for a job when I got it done for almost half, also couldn’t even remember to put my mud guard back onto my car or call me to even lmk but luckily left the random screws sitting in my car so my new mechanic could trace down where they were from. If you really ask around town and don’t just read manipulated reviews automotive should be the last place anyone takes there car. I dealt with multiple other issues but this was the final straw after dealing with these con men for about 3 years through family and friends.

Good down to earth folks to work with. Provided good services, and when something didn't quite turn out right, they fixed it.
They also have convenient loaner cars to use while mine is in the shop.

Corey and Dutch are experts in diagnostics. While I could write a whole page, I will only share on this last situation. I recently took my jeep to a mechanic around the corner from my house when I was told that Automotive Authorities was backed up at the time. My car was in this particular shop for almost a month while the owner of the shop had misdiagnosed my vehicle and was supposedly looking for a part that doesn't even exist. The owner recommended that I trade my vehicle in since they could not find this part. I immediately drove to Automotive authorities ? and they took the time to diagnose my vehicle properly. They fixed my jeep and I got it back within a day. I am so grateful that I found a mechanic that actually knows how to diagnose a vehicle instead of guessing and charging for guesswork which is something that I have fallen prey to more than once. It took awhile for me to gain some trust, but they have proven themselves to me more than once. Thank You So Much Automotive Authorities!

Dropped my truck off for diagnosis of a engine miss fire. Too expensive for me at this time.

I just got my Kia all fixed up and ready to give to my nephew. The guys here did a terrific job on all of it! They are very knowledgeable, fair, honest, and at a good price. They showed me photos of what was needed and suggested things to do now and others that could wait. I used to work on autos, so I know how things work and who's good or not. This place and these guys are the real deal!

A few days before my visit to Automotive Authorities I had my car worked on by another mechanic in Longmont. We had taken our car to the other company after a critter ran under it, and we noticed liquid leaking down one of our rear tires. This was our only sign that there was an issue with our car. That company did over $2800 worth of work to repair the leak. Just before we were scheduled to pick up the car, they discovered noises on their test drive and believed the differential also had problems for an additional cost of around $1800. If so, this problem is one that rarely occurs in this model. Even though I told them there were no noises prior to me dropping off the vehicle, it was just the critter that indirectly made us aware of the problem, I was told we must have missed it. I declined to do the additional work, even though I was warned that the car could lock up the back wheels while driving and cause an accident. When I went to pick it up, the lug nut key was in my cup holder and the jack area was open. As I drove the car home, there was definitely a new noise. My husband noticed that the way the jack parts area was arranged was likely causing the sound. He was right. However, I wasn't sure that there still wasn't an issue with the differential. I reached out to Automotive Authorities and explained my dilemma. We had already spent a fortune and were pretty confident it was the jack parts that caused the noise. However, I was afraid to drive the car because we weren't sure. They completely understood and determined that things looked good with the differential. Their evaluation didn't take too long, but I was surprised that he didn't charge me. I had already felt like I probably spent $800 needlessly at the other place, so this was greatly appreciated. My experience with Automotive Authorities was excellent! They could have easily said the differential needed repairs. A repair that is almost $2000! They were honest and told me what to look for in the unlikely event the differential might have problems in the near future. If you are looking for a place you can trust for help with your car, this is it!
