I work very far from where I live. However I was rejected based on where I live. I asked for an exception and explained I can prove where I work/live, etc. They still denied me.

Salud's PA, Michael Beer, saw my nephew in the urgent care area for GI symptoms on Monday June 11th, 2018. He told my sister my nephew was fine and that he would be ok, that this stomach bug would go away on its own. Just a few short hours upon being discharged, she laid my nephew down for a nap. My nephew would then never wake up. He passed away a few short hours after discharge. As you can see he was not fine, nor was he ok. He was 18 months old. It's been difficult to find answers as to what happened. An autopsy revealed some answers for us which led us to question their care. It's been impossible to get answer from them. It's sad that they stop caring once your pulse has stopped. That they don't care about the life long damage they have caused. That they are incompetent and lack compassion to reach out to a mother who suffer a giant loss and trauma. That their lives go on as as if nothing happened. Michael Beer is incompetent and heartless and the fact that this government facility doesn't provide any review of such events so that this doesn't happen to someone else is beyond disappointing. One star is the lowest option I could give, but negative stars is what is deserved. Where's their and his accountability as a professional? Their and his compassion as human beings and parents?

More then anything I hate when I am treated like I am stupid. They care is awful. They force things on you. They don't care for their patients. They treat you like you are strictly a number. They file claims that aren't true and luckily I have amazing insurance. I don't agree with the care they give and will be changing as soon as I get threw my current appointment.

First of all Salud Family Health Centers does not hire nurses, all other staff are mostly medical assistants. If you don't know the difference Google it! Medical assistants are over worked and under paid they are crossed trained in what ever the company feels they can use them in resulting in both pros and cons. Medical Assistants are not paid well at all! Due to lack of pay the facility is understaffed resulting in work overload to these poor worker's. I have seen employees go above and beyond to help patient's and I also have seen employees not do enough for patient's. The facility is unorganized and again it's a result from all of the above. Like every facility not everything is going to be 100%. Medications all have side effects do your research before agreeing to take anything. A safe medication in the pharmaceutical industry is a drug with very little side effects that includes death if death is the only side effect than people it's a safe drug so please do your research. I personally would opt out and not be a patient at Salud so I stopped going there many many years ago. If you have enough money to pay to go elsewhere than do so. I give it 3 stars not because the place is great but because some of the doctor's/medical assistants do have it in their hearts to help others.

I am incredibly grateful that this resource exists. This place is great, it's incredible the benefit that can be achieved from having the dentist, mental health, and the traditional doctor all under the same roof. They are able to schedule your appointments in sequential blocks at times when they are able to which can be great because you can see multiple people with only going to one place one time. They really seem to care and my Doctor specifically is just amazing. Thank you to the state of Colorado and the city of Longmont for making sure salud is up and running. I feel like it is very important resources for the community.

As a retired medical professional, and old school, I'm not inclined to tolerate much foolishness when it comes to my health care. What I've observed at Salud is chronic disorganization, which would explain some of the previous reviews I've read. Their system (sic) seems to be overwhelmed, at least during my visits. The lack of name tags and titles is alarming to me as I never know the level of training or background of the people approaching me with needles or taking vitals. I insisted that an individual wash her hands before drawing blood from me. It was clear that she didn't understand even the most basic practices of aseptic technique. I can't find any excuse for this. That said, Salud fills an important role in providing heath care, such as it is, to a chronically underserved population.

Uneducated, incompetent employee's & staff. The physicians lack intelligence & conspire with Longmont United Hospital & Longmont cess pool PD. I was in a MVA 9/4/2000, LUH took the bonus money to not diagnose me so, I have 2 slipped vertebras L-1 & L-2, TBI, hemorrhaging on the left side of my brain which was never stopped & my spine never was operated on to date. I had to come here to get Dr. Brett to fill out my disability form for Met Life Long-term disability, he wrote my disability (Traumatic Brain Injury) with the qualifying disability codes & on the letter he wrote "We will inform you if anything changes" On my next visit a uniformed officer pulled up as I was a block away (under color of law) to do what is not his job, on TAX PAYER'S money to conspire because, after that letter Met-Life a month later says they need an update from a doctor so, if you know anything about a TBI it's easy to deceive them. I was still having to be introduced to people I knew until I could remember who they where. The staff of uneducated migrant workers try to be condescending with me as of 2/16/18 They tell me we can't give you a copy of that letter because, "your not a patient of Dr Brett's anymore" you would think these immigrants could come up with something a little more clever then that? I had just signed a release of information! It's because, LUH & LPD want to oppress me but after 15yrs. Of being oppressed plus what has happened I'm taking them to court, LPD planted drugs on me & LUH don't want to be accountable if they can control what people think by discrediting me these judges will accept that so these guy's are helping them hold me prisoner. Oct. 27th LUH prescribed my mom (a senior citizen) medication with 121 side affects! She died Oct. 30th 2017 they murdered her! You never prescribe elderly people medication with over 10 side effects because they'll suffer from most or all of them. Read LUH's review. Then the 2nd week of November the Salud Clinic cut my Dad off of insulin (He's diabetic) luckily we got hold of the right people. These immigrants tried to murder my dad. It's this city's way of "protecting money" Officer Hazen the drug planting cop told me after I called him a scumbag he said, "gotta do what you gotta do to protect money" I guess that means while "we (LPD & LUH) keep you a broke prisoner, we'll murder your parents so your homeless & out on the street" Don't trust these incompetent doctors with your life!!!

I have been to Salud Family Health Center in Longmont, Colorado for wellness check-ups and once because I was quite ill. In all the instances that I have received services from Salud, I have been treated kindly and respectfully by the Staff. I am especially thankful to have been the patient of Rachel Morse, Nurse Practitioner. She is very kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough in caring for her patients.
