Stephanie the “manager” is a very unpleasant person and desperately needs to be trained

Keep seeing people complain about this location. I have personally also experienced lame service. Hopefully they change some things around and start treating humans like humans. I should not ever have to leave my purse with a stranger.

Doesn't even deserve one star!
I go in there and find a paid of sneakers, and the guy scans the shoes and says, "oh, I'm sorry, these are actually $20, not $10" I said, ok, well my shoes are literally falling off my feet, can you just honer the price? And he looked at my shoes, and looked back at me and said, Sorry, I can't....
WOW!! Just Wow!.. Yeah, I'll never give my money to this company ever again!

This place is 100x better than that corporate scam we call Goodwill.

Rude rude rude!!! The people working here were verbally aggressive and extremely rude toward me for a third time today! Have gone back to look due to this being the closest location, what a mistake. The lady “manager” if you can call her that is extremely proud of her job walking back and forth slow not doing anything except talking with no manners and blatant disrespect. No the right position for her sorry to say, yall should hire some new employees as well their harassing tone of voice and anger is not making this any place I like to be in or shop at. That’s for the hate while you make tons of money off of free donated items. Evil, with self centered condescending emotionally distressed workers that take advantage of special needs peoples help each day. Wrong, so wrong!!!

Just terrible. They have a sign that says “4 VHS tapes for $1” which is a good deal, and then the cashier argues that they aren’t running a promotion like that. Then calls for 2 different managers to come up and confirm, and after 10 minutes of waiting instead of holding up the line I decided to just pay full price. Only a few dollars, but honor your sales and signs. Come on.

Was super excited to find a beautiful vase in one of the carts coming out but when I got up to the register they refused to sell it to me because it didn't have a price on it. I shop here on a weekly basis so I'm pissed that they couldn't just ask a manager or someone in the back to reprice it. Thanks for nothing ?

Not the best organized Arc.
Cashier told me they can't sell cables without stickers on them, yet the entire bucket of cables and wires had maybe 4 with stickers on them.
Won't be returning to this one

So much to choose from of clothing, bric-a-brac, furniture, kitchen items, books and more. You won't leave empty handed!!

I’ve been to almost every Arc and this is easily one of the best. Well organized, big selection, generally pretty clean, friendly enough staff. I’ve found so many treasures at reasonable prices here. People complaining about poor selection or the staff have never been to a thrift store before because this one is better than the rest. Thanks Arc Longmont!

This location is obviously understaffed. Waited for a fitting room for 30+ mins and never got one. Staff is obviously overworked and underpaid. I’m almost 100% sure every worker there makes less than $17/hr which is not even CLOSE to a livable wage. Pay people more and treat people better and maybe it wouldn’t be so difficult to find and keep staff. With the prices at this place ($17.99 for a used dress) you can most definitely afford to shuck out some cash for the wellbeing of your employees. Arc as a company is sickening. Same with goodwill. Shop locally and donate your clothes directly to families in need. I would recommend Mountain States Children’s Home Thrift Store, where you can actually make a difference.

Miserable person collecting items in the back… literally makes me not want to help people because of him…
Just went again to this arc because it’s close to my house and we are moving, completely different guy but just a miserable of a human being. What the hell is wrong with these people, can’t even say hi.

So many empty shelves! Very dark inside. Lots of clothes, but smaller housewares section. I did find a couple things, but not sure I’ll be back.
