1401 Ken Pratt Blvd #2, Longmont“10/28/24: My wife and I recently purchased a dishwasher from Affordable Used Appliances and were very pleased with the quality for the price. The delivery, including bringing it inside our home and hauling away our old dishwasher, was a great value as well. After installation, we noticed a small leak at the base of the dishwasher. We contacted the business the next day, and Jeremy provided exceptional service. He was professional, trusted our word, and promptly resolved the issue by arranging a replacement. We plan to continue buying all our appliances from Affordable Used Appliances!”
“Great to have a place in town that has common parts in stock (looks like Samsung uses the same model electric heating element across a LOT of their dryers). Rather than waiting for another website for a genuine part, or ordering a questionable part from Amazon, I opted to try here. Skylar had the Samsung genuine part I needed, and the price was ~$30 under what a few of the Online stores had. Popped a new heater into our dryer and we’re back in business! My only (sarcastically joking) complaint is that they’re not open Sunday when the dryer broke but at least we have some good laundromats in town.”
“Helped make a bad day better. I had a Ferguson account thirty years old. Glad to see them in Boulder, for some needed parts quick without having to drive into town on a busy day during rush hour. Thanks ?????”
“This home depot is just awesome! We always buy all our home projects needs here because of their great and friendly service here. The customer service here is excellent and always willing to accommodate the customer. One person I want to personally call out is their Assistant Manager, Chris. He knows every inch of this store like a walking computer inventory system. He will stop whatever he is doing to help you out. Everyone here is super awesome!”
“Home Depot is a great resource for general hardware store needs. I'm not thrilled with their hardware selection as I'm often working on machinery or automotive stuff and they just don't have any of the more commercial use hardware. Also, really wish they'd get up to snuff with tap to pay options.”
“I used to pass a Lowe's all day to go to Home Depot due to the amazing customer service, however over the past several years (at least in the Denver metro area) Home Depot had lost its customer service touch and I would go wherever was closer. My experience at the Home Depot in Longmont today exceeded my expectations. It's inherently intimidating to walk into a hardware store as a woman, however I was stopped/greeted, and asked if I needed help by no less than 4-5 people during my short trip around the store. Not only that, the associates seemed not only happy to provide assistance, but eager to make sure their answer as far as the location of something was accurate by inquiring with a nearby associate when needed. And it wasn't just me... I saw several other people being helped. THIS is the Home Depot I remember and feel so welcome to. Thank you Home Depot Longmont for such an amazing experience!”
“I had the best experience ever buying a laptop from this location. I’m not tech savvy and very seldom upgrade my technology. But I’m a teacher and my personal laptop of 8 years desperately needed upgraded. I can’t remember the laptop associate’s name but he was in his early 20s and told me he was a psychology major in college. He was so funny, super helpful and kind. We had a great conversation and he recommended a laptop that not only was better suited for my needs but also more cost effective than I was expecting. He answered my questions patiently and thoroughly and explained them in ways even a technologically challenged person like me could understand. Someone give this guy a raise! He is seriously the most helpful sales associate I’ve encountered anywhere in several years. He got me in and out of there in 15 minutes while still taking the time to make sure my new technology was a perfect fit.”

“The sales person was so friendly and helpful. They communicated with me in regards to the date of delivery and the day of delivery They let me know where they were in time and their arrival.
I appreciate it very much.”
