“Great apartments if you sign a longer lease, otherwise they will not hesitate to raise your rent $300+ to renew. Apartments here go fast for a reason though. Maintainence is awesome and the grounds are kept nice (except the muddy dog park filled with holes - some "renovation"!). Upper management sometimes makes questionable choices, but overall enjoyed living here. PS, if you're sound sensitive, Ken Pratt Blvd right beside the complex can get very loud in the evening/throughout the night from folks that feel the need to floor it at the stoplight or just have extremely noisy engines.”
