Worst customer service ever. I went in to renew a vehicle inspection for my care driving job. My cracked windshield had passed inspection a year ago. He said he couldn't pass me because of the crack of my windshield, and I let him know that in the past it had not been a problem and I'd passed without issue. He offered no explanation and simply gave me the Safelite auto glass number and said once it was fixed he would pass me without another long wait time. I shared with him that I couldn't afford the standard price and that I desperately needed to keep my income from the job. He just shrugged. He offered no farther assistance. He said he was the manager of that location. He only said that once I got a new windshield he could without delay, pass my inspection. I called the number he gave me and they quoted me $550 which I don't have. So I went to the Thorton location who were extremely professional and kind and understanding. They let me know that the regulations have changed and so they have found people who can assist with glass repair at a much cheaper cost than the business that I was referred to at the Longmont location. For $300 less I got a new windshield because the Thornton staff understands that people need to keep working and was willing to give good customer service to their customers, unlike Longmont . I went back to the Longmont location just now, at his word that he would pass my vehicle as soon as I had a new windshield, without further delay. I let him know that at the other location they were able to give me the information that regulations have changed. The manager told me that that was not true; that the it had always been that way. When I shared that my vehicle had passed inspection with a crack before, and the other location, staff knew that the regulation and changed; he simply continue to say that these had always been the rules. (All experience and the other locations knowledge to the contrary). He then refused to assist me. He told me to drive back to the Thorton location to inspection. I said I'd like to speak to the supervisor since he had responded so horribly to me telling him what Customer service had received the other location and how it had been helpful; and since he refused to do his job. He said he was the manager. I'll be looking into calling his supervisors too. His lack of professionalism and lack of good communication have cost him business.

This was the worst car repair experience of my life. Oil change. Almost 2 hours long while employees were on personal laptops. Nobody was working on cars. Two out of four bolts on air cleaner housing broken off. Socket left on one of the others. Grease stains across one side of the car.

Nice location with lots of service options, competitive pricing, and friendly staff. The manager was a great help getting my appointment adjusted and my oil change was done with care and precision. Never have had an issue down the line and always trustworthy. From 0-100 gajillion miles they have you covered. Also the location has an Amazon drop box so you can pick up your 5 lb bag of Skittles while waiting for your car to be done.

The manager charged me $75 for a service to check my alternator and starting system when I only asked him to check my battery which should have been free at other locations, then when I went to dispute it, proceeded to raise his voice at me and spit on me while not wearing a mask and refusing to even consider a refund. I didn't need my alternator checked because my last one went out at 125,000 miles and I only have 97,000 miles on my car now. He put the invoice in my face when I went to dispute it, but the only reason I signed and didn't read over the whole thing was because he was not wearing a mask and I did not feel safe standing at the counter with him right in front of me. Do not go to this meineke. Update to the response below, I called customer service and they said they could not help me and would tell the higher ups to call me and I still have not received a call, I don't understand why the people in the call center do not have the power to offer something as simple as a small refund. Other companies would not be treating me this way and would have resolved the problem be now, this is frustrating. Also the company said they are taking measures to protect people from Covid and that sounds nice on paper, but it is obviously not being implemented in the store I went to.

1. All materials and rates for a front-end brake job were conspicuously higher than they should be. As in, 15% *more* than dealer rates. 2. Employee stated that an oil change was 'desperately needed' (which it wasn't--it had been done 2 months/1000 miles prior). They also intended to use the *wrong oil*. 3. Employee stated a total price of $705.00, and then offered 'discounts' to make up for the very high costs. I agreed, and also stated to not do the oil change. Come to find out the original $705.00 quote didn't actually include the oil change they originally stated. 4. Employee then tried to charge me the full value, do discounts. The only reason I went ahead and had the work done was because they could have it done that day. I now see why they had the availability --no one else wanted to be their customer.

Never again. Took my car in to have the oil changed and brake pads looked at. The car was working perfectly fine before I took it to Meineke Car Care Center. No lights on the console. When I went to pick it up they told me there was a problem with the alternator and were pressuring me to get a new one. They said the car might not make it very far if they didn't replace it. When I turned the car on the engine light was on, it was sputtering and had no pickup at all. I barely made it home. I certainly wasn't going to take it back to them, so I took it to the dealer to have it fixed.

The owner of this business John P is welcome to message me. I have no way to contact him because the manager at this location (who would only tell me his name was "mike") was unwilling to give me the owners information and told me to look up Meineke Corporate. This was after he yelled at my disabled kid and made him cry. When I tried to explain the situation he picked up a drill and pretended to ignore me. When I asked who the owner was so I could pass along my concerns he told me call Meineke corporate and walked away. I found the managers behavior extremely rude and unprofessional and could never recommend this location to anyone even though they do an average job servicing your care. Any manager unwilling to speak with a customer to address a concern and any manager willing to shame a young child doesn't deserve your business. I hope John P will reach out to discuss.Update -- reading reviews below I now see Mike is not the manager he's the service writer (whatever that means). So he was not only unprofessional but also dishonest.Update -- I see Meinecke responses below and is "surprised" by my review. Which is confusing because multiple reviews describe how bad their employee "Mike" is. So clearly these problems have been going on for awhile.

Came in for an oil change with an appointment and was in and out in thirty minutes. Extremely nice staff who didn't attempt to push other services down my throat like I've experienced elsewhere. Will definitely be returning for all oil change needs

Meineke on South Hover in Longmont - Not a place I'll ever go again. Took my daughters car there based on google review rating - 4.8/5. I knew it was leaking from the oil cooling hoses as I could see it dripping after the car was hot. We dealt with Service Writer Mike. He said they would charge $46 to look at the car and diagnose which we agreed to. When they called back, they priced us @ $501.** to fix the car. $165 in labor (1 1/2 hours), $130 for the coolent flush, and $132.** for the part itself. Labor; Fair - flush cost; fair, part, marked up more than 2.5 times the price that I could buy it from Gebhardt VW in Boulder. So I called Mike and asked him to work with us on the cost of the part only. He agreed to order the part from Gebhardt and we would pay the $51.** for the part only. We agreed. We knew the part would take a couple days to get in and we were promised the car by Tuesday (dropped off the previous Friday). Now, they did a full diagnostic on the car, gave us a list of $1300 of other things to fix what they stated was wrong, I understand this and expected it. We just wanted to get the oil cooling hoses fixed at this point. Fast forward to today, Wednesday and we did not have the car back. Service writer Mike called our daughter and stated another hose was now leaking (They had the car the whole time and didn't mention this in their inital quote). This hose went from the water pump to the back of the motor. They quoted an additional $150 and said the part would not be in until next week sometime and they had already ordered the part. We did not agree to them doing that. We were not informed at the initial diagnostic that there was another leak, and there wasn't another leak when we took it in. I called Service writer Mike to get an explanation of what was going on. He stated that there was another leak to which I replied "There wasn't another leak when we took the car in to you". His reply and action is the main reason for this review. He said "You now what, come pick up your car" and then hung up on me. So, Owner John P. I would love to have a conversation about how your staff treats its customers and, if your phone lines are really recorded as the automated answering system states, you can listen to the phone calls yourself and explain how this is good business. I look forward to you reaching out to me so we can discuss this further. Drew

The guys here are THE BEST. After being close to bankrupted by the Longmont Ford Dealership I went to Meineke for my repairs, and they ended up being almost $400 less than Ford. I forgot to tell them that my headlight was out on my first visit, so I went back the next day, and they replaced it FOR FREE. Not to mention the work was done in about 5 minutes. I'm so happy I found a mechanic that actually gives a s**t about their customers!!!
