Website and Google say they open at 11AM. Arrived at 11am, they are still closed. Have waited 30 minutes and they remain closed. No sign, no online post, nothing. Very unprofessional. I would not trust this business with anything as critical as a wedding.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering a floral arrangement from Rachel and I must say it was a has been a disaster. The arrangement my friend received was not only ghastly, but also completely different from what was advertised on the website. It was as if zero effort was put into creating a visually appealing bouquet. Rachel assured me that things must have been messed up in the delivery process. Truly believable…
I reached out to Rachel immediately to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction. She promised to send a replacement arrangement and make things right. However, it has been weeks now. She told me yesterday she would get a new shipment of flowers in and assured me a replacement arrangement would be sent. They were never sent… Today, I was assured they would be sent, and that the new shipment of flowers actually came in today. Again, they were never sent.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but it is how a business handles those mistakes that truly matters. Unfortunately, Rachel has shown a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and has failed to fulfill her promises. I have never encountered anything like this. I can’t imagine being a bride and this happening.
Save yourself the disappointment. I am not one to write reviews, but I am floored over this matter. Please see attached photo of what was sent to my friend for her 30th birthday.

I called A florae to get flowers delivered for Valentines Day. I talked with Phoenix and from the start she was very helpful and kind. I really didn't know what to get but told her a price range and asked her to do something that would be stunning. She went above and beyond ! She not only delivered a stunning arrangement that everyone was envious over she let me know it was just delivered. The best experience ever !! Thanks Phoenix Your the BEST !!

Rachel did the florals for our wedding in Boulder and they could not have been more beautiful. We did a lot of research when choosing our florist, and I am so incredibly happy we decided to go with A Florae. She gladly met with us in person when we were in town ahead of the wedding, and I instantly knew then I had made the right choice. She captured our vision of a looser, textured wildflower yet elegant look with a gorgeous selection of flowers that were assembled so well. We heard so many comments about how they were the best flowers people have seen at a wedding. Her selection pulled together my color pallet and vision so well. We highly recommend working with Rachel!
