Make sure pickup info is clearly described. Can't pay cash. Can only use one card to pay. Truck drove very rough. Sticker in truck says return with 1/8th tank but you guys sneak in 3/8th in the contract(this is very shady). Even though I selected pick up in person I still had to do it over the phone. This was the absolute worst rental of any kind i have ever had and will never use any uhaul vehicle again due to this experience

They don't honor online reservations and act like you're some kind of malicious j*** for expecting them to. Absolutely no apologies for their failure, blamed the computer and literally said 'oh well'. Customer service leaves many things to be desired. Turns out, this location is owned by the same company that owns several storage facilities in this area and I've had terrible experiences with all 4 of the ones I have dealt with. Now I always make sure to avoid their companies.

I never seen anyone from the business. I only talked to someone on the speaker at the gate. There was no transaction by a human. Everything was negotiated by camera. From opening the gate and watched us as we left. How creepy, where is the good old days when everything was done face to face

security deposit to clean the unit was not refunded, I canceled the reservation before the start date, never even entered the property. "we normally dont refund this deposit, the check is in the mail"
