These people namely Brian, Jessica & Jon are the most unprofessional, disrespectful people I have ever come across in the realty world. 8Z rented my apartment 4 years by Patti who did a wonderful job. When Patti left the Longmont, rental division went down, down, down. NEVER a return phone call, not one prospect in 2 months, Promises to come see the apartment were never fulfilled. Save your time & money and rent your apartment yourself. It's not rocket science, I really never needed these people anyway.

I recently rented a property from this real estate company, and I have to say that it was a terrible experience. The company never responded to my emails or calls, which made it difficult to communicate with them about any issues or concerns I had.Furthermore, when it came time to return the security deposit, the company withheld an unreasonable amount of money for cleaning. I had already spent hundreds of dollars cleaning the property before moving out and left it in prestige condition. It was frustrating to see such a large deduction from the deposit, especially when they have dodged all attempts to contact them prior.I'd also like to add we had to provide a lockbox ourselves because the property manager would not return our calls and acknowledge our move out notice.Overall, I would not recommend this real estate company to anyone. They were unresponsive and unfair in their handling of the security deposit, and it was a very negative experience for me. Avoid this company if possible.

I would absolutely recommend Donna Fox to anyone who needs a realtor. From the beginning she really listened to my needs/wants in a home. She was extremely patient with showing me tons of properties in this crazy market, despite it being during COVID. I worked with Alexa Bradford and she was the best realtor I could have asked for, she knew the market so well and was honest about all the houses. She always was available to answer my questions and reassure my fears about house-hunting! We asked Jenny Kipp to sell our house after watching her help our daughter buy her first house. Jenny first went over the process from beginning to end. She made sure we understood what to expect and explained what she would be doing at each step along the way. She not only said she would be there at any time to help us but she meant it. No matter how small the question was, she always answered it and was ready to help us through any confusing part. She was also very patient and her calming affect helped us get through some interesting times. All along, we felt well represented and knew that we were in good hands. Lastly, we liked that she always made things our decision but was willing to throw in experienced advice when we asked for it. We would recommend Jenny Kipp to anyone needing to sell their home.

We were in a quandary about moving, mostly where. Krista was extremely patient as we worked through the process and after months we made a decision. She always looked out for us as her clients. So we took a chance of purchasing a home first then putting ours on the market. A scary scenario but she was professional, guided us when it came time for multiple offers and followed through with us at each step. Definetly recommend this generous, knowledgeable, professional and kind lady. The photo's, staging consultant were tops and her team. Her business savvy and strategic thinking was truly a game changer when it came time to negotiate on our behalf. I would put her up against any other realtor when it comes down to making a client feel part of the process.

Dana Carey was our realtor and did a great job with our real estate transaction. We were from out of state and we were not familiar with the Boulder market. Because of the corona virus we had to look remotely. She went above and beyond, sending us videos and pics & helping us so we felt comfortable buying a condo for our daughter site unseen. She was also very willing to help after the sale with mover recommendations and any other questions we had. Highly recommend.

Absolutely extraordinary! We have used many realtors throughout the years, we have never experienced the level of care and support that Jenny Kipp provided. She has set the bar far and above our expectations. She genuinely cared about what we wanted and worked with us every step of the way. She thoroughly explained everything, she took the time to follow up and provide regular communication throughout the process, we always knew exactly were we stood and exactly what was happening at all times throughout the process. Her follow up after the sale was complete, was just as impressive as the entire experience, we always felt like we were valued and important clients. Jenny is amazing. She walked us through every step of selling our house and was a true advocate for us along the way. She genuinely cared about our well-being, not just the sale of the house. Jenny is very knowledgeable about real estate and knows how to present properties in a way where people are able to picture what their life would look like there. Our house was off the market within days. I would trust her completely for both buying and selling properties. I wish I didn't relocate so far after she helped me sell and that I could work with her when I buy again, but I hope you take advantage of what I can't!
