This store discriminates. Roma wanted to see all of my personal information on my ID like name, birthday, address and picture to purchase cigarettes. She didn't ID the lady in front of me for purchasing tobacco and said it was because she was a regular customer. Even though I've been going to this store for years. Is it because I'm a man? She's asked me to take off my mask, hat and sunglasses as if I'm presenting a fake ID or something. She could have just scanned my ID with the scanner like every other 7-eleven does. It is not her job to treat me like a criminal. After calling and making a complaint with corporate, I got a call from some other lady, either store manager or owner, saying the staff member was following procedures. What a joke!

So tired of everyone shutting down their restrooms... As a disabled citizen with Crohns disease, I am often in need of public restrooms. I pick someone up in Boulder at 2 am, and have to drive back to Loveland area, and usually go up Hover St in Longmont, so one of the VERY FEW places open at that time is 7-11. I often stop in to get Chai or other drinks and sometimes get snacks on either the way down or the way back north. Was in urgent need of facilities other night, so stopped in to use bathroom and grab a couple drinks, and was told they close the restrooms at midnight. So it's the middle of the night. People coming into your store aren't allowed to use the facilities? Not like there's much of anyplace else to go, considering 99% of the area is closed. So I guess I will no longer be patronizing this location. If I am unable to have the use of facilities that should be available whenever the store is open, then you don't get to take any more of my money. Guess will transfer my spending to someplace else, like the Circle K just south of this location.

I don't understand the bad reviews. This place is always open, they always seem to have a competent staff member. I can always count on them for an early morning coffee before anywhere else is open. I'd imagine it's a tough gas station to run because it's always so busy. I would recommend this gas station to anybody looking for late night snacks or a place that's open.

I've been going to this location since I was a teen, a good 30 years give or take a few years. It used to be next door to where it is now, but still tons of good memories!

I came to this place based on my cousin's recommendation. I was impressed by the excellent customer service provided by the friendly employees. The food was also enjoyable.

Since the store has changed ownership, this gas station has drastically improved. It is much cleaner and the employees are all very friendly. They’re willing to work with you to make you happy. They work fast, yet always have a happy vibe inside the store.

Great customer service from most all the staff. Very nice to me when I come in as it's hard for me to get around.For the most part they always have what I need and very clean store. Very Convenient from my home.

Horrible. The owner is rude. Never wants to do her job. Refuses to take split payments like cash/card. Refuses to take any mobile wallets. She is rude and likes to publicly embarrass her customer. I’ve seen her treat customers ugly for using EBT and she will try and refuse the EBT and make them pay cash.

Every night I stop here there panhandlers begging at front door and needles on the bathroom floor. The store is filthy with dust and floor has never been mopped. This store is magnet for junkies. Stop giving them free coffee you are encouraging them.
