Once again the staff at the Park Meadows Zales Store have earned my highest rating! I very rarely give a “5” star review!
I have been a customer of this store since it’s opening in 1997. The staff has certainly changed over the years but I have always been a satisfied customer.
The current staff is pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and, professional. (It sounds like I’m talking about a scouting troop?) I attribute these characteristics to the leadership of the manager, Victoria. It was obvious to me that the staff enjoys a mutual respect for each other.
I have had the pleasure of working with employees Kyle and Braeden as well as the manager, Victoria. This staff works together like a well oiled machine!

Braeden is awesome. He is very knowledgeable. He was very patient and went over many different options no matter how many times I asked to see the same ring. If you are looking for jewelry be sure to check them out.

Every time I have gone here I have been treated very well. From getting my engagement ring, to jewelry for my wife, and watches for myself. They always have alot of different options to choose from, and their customer service is top notch!

Went to cherry creek at first and their service was the most terrible I’ve ever received. Then I went to park meadows and they were amazing! Especially Kyle and Victoria they were great! Definitely will be returning.

Mother’s Day shopping is never fun, especially when you have a mother that has it all today. I was in Zales and Kyle One of the sales representative greeted me with such a pleasurable smile and help me find the perfect gift ran around Zales with me as I was looking thinking checking everything and he was so patient with me and we settled on a beautiful pair of diamond ear rings so thank you for being so delightful in my shopping experience!!
