I never leave reviews but my experience with these place was beyond horrible. Apon arriving I explained to the guy working how I needed my screen fixed as it had dead pixels which was my main concern as it made the phone touch not work. He said no problem he would be able to fix in 20 minutes for $175. When we came back he explained that he couldn’t get the screen in all the way so it would be popping out in the corner but with a case would be fine. Not even 2 days later the dead pixels showed up on screen again without dropping the phone or anything. When I went back and explained what had happen he was super hostile. They have a 6 day exchange policy but he said he couldn’t do anything for us since the screen had been pushed i explained how obviously I pushed the screen how else would I text? He also said he had a feeling we would be back probably him feeling guilty for scamming us and give us a phone with screen not even all the way in. My problem is if he couldn’t fix it why not let us know when we asked instead of lying to get the sale. HORRIBLE Customer service. If looking for a place to fix screen I recommend Zagg upstairs they were very helpful little more expensive but were honest or cell zone in Belmar also were super honest and great price point.

I learned about this vendor thru a Groupon that I purchased. I drove 45 minutes to Park Meadows Mall specifically to use my Groupon. It is an expired Groupon which per vendor's agreement with Groupon should be honored at the purchase price. After the work was done to my phone, it was only then that I was told by the vendor that it would not be accepted. I even had the paper groupon that and pointed out that it clearly says: "the amount paid will never expire and may be applied toward any goods or services offered by the merchant if the original goods or services specified on the voucher are no longer available. " The tech called the owner who proceeded to make his problem with Groupon my problem. He would not take the Groupon and told me that I had had to take my time to get my money back from Groupon because he, the owner, would not take it or do anything to help me. Good luck keeping customers with customer service like that.

The worst place to fix your phone , they use copy screens the color of screen is not as same apple. I went to apple to trade my phone and they told me no Bc the lcd was CHINESE copy lcd meaning cheap . So I went back to them for refund and put my broken lcd back , he told me sorry can't do that 😡. EVERYONE PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR PHONE REPAIR!!!

I got my iPhone screen fixed here about a month or so ago. It was fine and they fixed it quickly but I noticed there was a tiny black dot on my screen after. Of course I didn't noticed it until I was in bed that night and I live too far away to bother making the trip back just to address the black dot. I thought I'd just live with it. I bought one of their pretty wood cases for my phone while I was there. The point of buying the case was to avoid breaking my screen again... ...Which brings me to yesterday. While in line to pay at a store I accidentally let my phone slip through my hand and it fell to the floor instead of my pocket, it's intended destination. Although it landed flat on its back, with a case on, I could see immediately that the screen was shattered. (Again. Just lovely,) But when I picked up the phone and saw that the fall actually broke the case too. So not only did the crappy case not protect my phone, it also didn't even survive. What's even the point? And now this morning. Seeing as how I can't really afford another replacement screen, and I wasn't left all that impressed by my first experience, I was just going to have a broken screen for awhile. But this morning, my stupid alarm went off and for the first time ever my phone vibrated itself off the edge of my bed. (I have a platform bed with a little bit of a lip where I usually set my phone to charge overnight. It's about 16 inches from the floor.) Welp. Now the screen is completely f#cked and unusable. I can't see the time or notifications. I certainly can't make calls out and I doubt very much I can receive calls because how can I answer my phone? In the end a new screen was okay except the Tiny Black Dot which was mildly distracting. But the case? Waste of money. Just absolutely worthless. Edit: I called the place before I got their message contacting me here. They did a great job of working with me to negotiate a price to fix my phone again. I bought a new case elsewhere that has a higher protective rating so I shouldn't have to fix it again. This new screen does not have the little black dot, it looks perfect. And they gave me a free screen protector too.
