I love wells, but this branch is simply terrible. No drive through, no Saturday hours, and difficult staff. I go out of my way to avoid this branch.

This location in Lone Tree Should be a wonderful location to cash a check or deposit money but they don’t have enough people working. There seems to be a lot of people working there, who don’t make eye contact .. so standing in line with seven other people for minor transaction is ridiculous. It took 20 minutes in line to cash a check ..there was only one teller, and the rest of us just stood helpless. Never coming back.

Not surprised by the bad reviews. Employees are so rude, and in order to avoid them, I use the drive through. I would use another Wells Fargo, but reviews are just as horrible.

I would give it less than one star if I could. No regard for people waiting in line. No customer service. People just don't give a crap. I will be moving my money shortly after 25 years.

They have been very helpful for me during a very difficult time. My mom's in Hospice and Wells Fargo bankers have been so friendly making this time easy.

Had to go to two separate locations to deposit a cashiers check for my business. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the branch manager Laura. She was beyond rude and extremely unprofessional. She reminded me why we closed our accounts and gave our business to chase. Anna on the other hand who was the teller was great. Put your money with a company who cares and stay far away from Fargo

They asked me to not use the deposit box because my business isn’t big enough. Instead they want me to take time off work to drop it off during their limited business hours or waste my Saturday to drive across town to a different location. I have loved using wells in the past but will be switch banks since they don’t value my business. What a joke.

Went in to open a savings account to wire in proceeds from a house closing. They were very rude. Said I needed a banker and I could wait or make an appointment. I waited for quite a while and then gave up. Fine. They don’t deserve my money bonus or no bonus .. no thanks!

Felt ridiculed by the older female Teller who assisted me. Notified corporate and will probably go to the one down the road from here in the future.

When we walked in. Several bank employees were clowning around together. Unable to receive service without an appointment 6 employees in view at desks were not with customers. We waited 20 minutes and no one not even branch manager Laura Ann McIntyre checked with us.Joseph Lammers did help a customer without an appointment during our wait.We also watched a customer be asked to provide proof of her appointment, she had a teller set the appointment for her and had no proof. The bank employee, fresh from lunch agreed to speak with her until her appointment arrived.Do not go here if you require assistance. Rude and unhelpful. They do not care about your business.

I can't book flights online with any of my WF cards. I've inquired about this with customer service several times and the best they can give me is "I dunno, should work." But it doesn't. And I have lost count of how many bad situations this has created for me over the years, one of which I am in the midst of currently. But nobody knows how to help. I don't know what to do anymore besides switch banks next time I'm in the US. That could be years from now, though, so it doesn't help me right now. I wish someone would help.
