I love wells, but this branch is simply terrible. No drive through, no Saturday hours, and difficult staff. I go out of my way to avoid this branch.

I would give it less than one star if I could. No regard for people waiting in line. No customer service. People just don't give a crap. I will be moving my money shortly after 25 years.

Horrible customer service. I called and was asking for some information which the person on the phone could not help me with. I was asking basic questions on direct deposit and he became rude and said I could find the information online. After I asked for a manager or someone who could help he said he was the highest person available. I asked if I could talk to someone else and he hung up. I hope you are able to identify the employee

My boyfriend and I came here to open up his first account with Wells Fargo, and Lareza was extremely helpful. She was very warm, and personable. She answered every question we brought to her and was extremely professional. She definitely made the process easy and made us feel safe and secure in opening an account here.

Tried to deal with the rudest outright lying service manager I've ever encountered. Having worked for Citibank, Vectra and Bank of the West I can tell you I've never experienced an attitude like hers. My son had a service charge of $12.50 for a transfer from one account to another because he didn't pay attention to the balances. I requested they reverse the charge but she explained the cost was very high because the transfer was done by a human being. Either she thought I was stupid or she is. When I said that wasn't the case she said "I won't reverse the charges then". Nice! I will close my mortgage out and the two bank accounts within the month. Keep up the good work-it explains why the place is empty and bankers just stand around greeting you like you're at a furniture store hussle.

Spacious New Building with a Helpful Staff I like the look of this Wells Fargo. The building is modern and open. It's well-lit and fairly unique. The staff is kind and helpful, too.

Terrible attitudes - rude, impatient and unhelpful. I've been a customer for more than a decade and that doesn't seem to matter. Their policies regarding deposits, fees and other investment requirements seem to change frequently and none of the employees are able to clearly articulate them. Perhaps another branch can be of more help.

I have been banking at Wells Fargo for years and have been happy with the quality of service. This particular branch was by far the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a bank. Tatyana was the personal banker working with me; when she was prompted thru some automated steps; Tatyana kept responding rudely to an AUTOMATED machine asking me "is this a joke?" She would hang up, redial and go thru the same steps, responding rude and asking me if it was a joke. The issue was an incorrectly entered phone number. After the information I was seeking was verified and my transactin had been made, I asked for a paper confirmation of the transaction and she asked me "can we do that?" Yes, a paper copy is available. I can't recommend this location at all.

I never thought I would write a review for a bank. It is always a pleasure going there, the staff is extremely friendly and always helpful and the lines are never long. I used to dread having to deposit a check or go to the bank for whatever random reason I couldn't do it on my mobile phone or website. But I have to say I enjoy going to this location and in fact would prefer to go there than use my mobile app. That says a lot. Thank you for the great service. Other banks should take notice on how to treat customers.

I have to pay a compliment to the staff at this location. I stopped in today for a quick transaction and was blown away by the friendliness and genuine desire to help. Never have I had an employee run out, open and hold the door for me as I entered a bank. I was promptly offered coffee/water as I waited for a banker. I had a one minute wait, if that. The banker came over, shook my hand and made pleasant conversation while filling my request. Flawless service today! Thanks!

You learn something new every day. I hate banks.. I really do. Everything takes so long to get accomplished. It ranks right up there with the post office for me. It's torture to usually have to go into a bank to get anything done. I had made a mistake and wrote a really big check from the wrong bank and account so I had to move some money quickly. I got to this location with a rather large cash deposit and they didn't give me a hard time about it or even roll their eyes like I have experienced before with other locations of this bank. They made it quickly and with a smile actually. The new thing I learned was from an incident a week earlier where the dog ate my debit card. Yes he did, brand new one I had just gotten. When I could not scan it for them the nice lady behind the counter told me they could give me an instant one. You can do what?? Yes, they can issue you a debit card on the spot! This was a very good thing after the few disastrous weeks I had been having to not wait for another card. Not something I plan to use, but in a pinch it's good to know.

Here's where I get a little pretendious! I've been banking with Wells Fargo for years. I have several accounts with them. I was in the area and decided that I needed some cash. Usually I would hit the ATM and be in and out in a flash. Instead, I went inside to do a withdraw and got what I called MAULED! I understand that customer service is paramount these days but is a person's privacy! I was asked no less than 10 times how I was doing and If I was being helped!!! I mean really? The door is literally 10 feet from the teller line and if I needed anything besides the teller, don't ya think I would of asked? I still love my bank but I will never walk into this location again...
