We had to get me a new phone but got a discount and it went so smoothly I would recommend this store to anyone!I am going to add I did go back to get a phone case for my new phone and I highly recommend this store to anyone for their phones, accessories,a new watch ect.

my parents have been customers or verizon for 24 years, and have specifically come to this location because of the great service in the past, however that was not the case at all. pablo, who has helped some of my family members before with no complaints, was extremely rude and short. he wouldn’t let me explain the problem fully before cutting me off and telling me what the problem was without knowing the full situation. he was confrontational and dismissive, plus saying he needed to charge for the problem i needed help with. best thing he could’ve done was refer me to the corporate store across the street, they were helpful and gracious and got the problem solved no issues. don’t know if he was having a bad day or what, but that’s not the type of service id want representing me if i were verizon

I came to this location with my girlfriend at around 12:50 PM on Sunday January 28th. The only employee working there had a gross attitude to not only us but also an elderly couple that was there. I’m not sure if he was racist or if he was mad that he can only grow whiskers but he definitely shouldn’t be working a customer service job with that attitude. Avoid this location, just go to the one that’s nearby.

This store is a disservice to any Verizon customer or prospect.Expect several hours per visit while they get their "systems" to work. This includes understanding how to access accounts, comprehend offers and promotions, even taking a form of payment.The staff and kind but clueless. Unapologetic about the systems and delays.All this was understandable in today's service culture.What made this negative review truly necessary was the deceptive and unclear statements made by the staff which resulted in hundreds of dollars in fees and work on our part to undo their mess.We were told all these items were free and necessary to get what we really wanted. Just a watch.Hours and hundreds of dollars later we ended up with products we don't need or want.No mention of fees, penalties or terms. Those show up in a vague fine-print text you get to read. Who reads those.Go here IF you bring your lawyer and have a Verizon expert on the line.We had to go to a "non-corporate" store to undo this mess and they exposed this stores disservice and deceptive practices.I have filed complaints with Verizon and will do so on other public forums and BBB.This location should not be (dis)serving the community.Go to ANY step but this one or a "corporate Victra"-branded store.

In June of 2023, I fell victim to identity theft and promptly took necessary actions by engaging with the Local Police Department, as well as notifying Apple and Verizon, my cellular service provider. My visit to the Park Meadows Mall store included discussions with Manager Alexis and Pablo, who demonstrated understanding and sincerity regarding my situation. However, despite my issue originating from a breach of Verizon's corporate office website, their Sales Representatives focused on selling additional devices rather than addressing the root problem.In an attempt to resolve the situation, I purchased Verizon's wireless Internet, only to find that it did not align with my apartment unit. Despite my efforts to return the devices, I encountered challenges, including the failure to receive a return label after multiple requests. Three physical visits to different Verizon stores, including the Authorized Dealer store at Park Meadows Mall, proved unhelpful, particularly with the back office's lack of accommodation.Seven months later, my account is now in collections due to unreturned equipment, a consequence of the back office's inefficiency. Despite assurances from Manager Alexis to contact her if I encountered issues with the return label, my attempts to communicate via voicemails and text messages to the corporate office yielded no resolution.My recommendation is to consider corporate locations over Authorized Dealer stores, as the latter may excel in sales but prove inadequate in handling return processes and customer concerns.

The worst customer service at all. Unfortunately, the store wasn't like that. I've been their customer for five years, but tonight I got humiliated by one of the employees name Gio he insulted me twice, and when I proved him wrong He didn't bother himself to apologize and then insulted me again. Besides, he was unprofessional regardless of 45 minutes waiting to get helped , I took off to cool down and return back and asked him just give me the store manager phone number and he kept arguing and called me rude! and he was like I'll give you the phone number and get out of here!! besides his mom and dad jumped on me and i looked at myself dealing with whole family! With their anger and aggression!! I was about to call the police, but I decided to let the everyone know about them in reviews instead.

Had a great experience at this store due to Pablo. Pablo was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He looked for ways to save us money and made sure that we were well informed about our purchases. He wasn’t overly “salesy” and respected our decisions. We’ve been with Verizon for over 20 years. This was one of the best experiences we’ve had. Thanks Pablo!

Pablo was amazing! He was super helpful in ALL of our needs, took his time with us, and we did not feel rushed AT ALL. He was so personable and thorough and made sure to explain everything in detail, and answered every single question we had, simple or complex. Pablo was genuinely one of the best people I've interacted with at Verizon, and I am so grateful for his help on everything. Pablo deserves a raise!

I just want to let you know Pablo was outstanding. I decided to try to a different store and I am so glad I did. Pablo took care of everything so quickly. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was getting pretty frustrated with my previous experience. Thank you so much. I was thinking leaving Verizon after over 20 years. I am not now because of his great service?I had spent so much time on the phone with Verizon over 4 hours and got nowhere. I was trying to set up a new phone. I was told by another store it was easy but I would need to call. Unfortunately the representatives I spoke with didn’t have any knowledge to help That is so unfortunate. Thank you again Pablo for all you did.

Pablo was great. He and his coworker stayed late to get us set up and had a great attitude the entire time. Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with any interaction related to Verizon.
