I went in on 1/22/2024 to trade in my Google Pixel 6 for an iPhone, my phone was in perfect condition and was only offered $150 for a trade in. So I asked if there was a promotion or anything you could do because that was very low. She said sorry and no, so I said ok I am thinking about going to ATT or T mobile so see what they can do then and she looked me dead in the face and said “I don’t blame you” so I am with AT&T now because of her. Verizon is horrible and so is their customer service.

Terrible customer service. Employee gave me a 256gb Samsung phone when I asked for a 512gb phone. I did not notice until just after he added my phone number. Then they charged me a restocking fee. Refused to give it back towards a new phone. Then blamed me for the mistake. I'm a 21 year Verizon customer. I could not believe they put the mistake on me ans made me pay. Went to another store and was treated great.

I was told by a manager she could not be my technician because as a manager she needed to be in the front of the store ..helping customers but as you see clearly shes not an these are there names( Misha) she does a horrible job

Tristan was the best Verizon rep I have ever encountered. I have been on the phone for over 40 hours total. Talk time with Verizon trying to fix problems. I’ve been to Apple Store for 4 hours.Tristan from the Verizon store in Park Meadows, Lone tree, Colorado worked with me and the problems and have resolve the issues. I was ready to switch carriers and now I will stay with Verizon. His professionalism definitely needs recognized, and his customer service is impeccable.

No service, zero help. Went in to change plans and cancel a line and upgrade my phone, they couldn't do anything about all my requests. The specialist had no smile on her face and told me to call customer service instead. Why do you need a store and specialists if they can't help your customers?

Tristan was FABULOUS on getting service restored. He had to use his personal phone to get to a LIVE person.Customer Service Jazmin (live person) was able to override stupid software to remedy situation. Again, Tristan was the savior with persistence!

I want to take a moment to sing the praises of one of the employees at this Verizon store. Reilly took care of my husband and I last Friday when we upgraded both of our iPhones. He was so professional and respectful and we both appreciated it so much. We live in Co Spgs and will still make the drive back to Reilly's store if we need help in the future. Thank you so much, Reilly and good luck to you in the future!

Unfortunately the manager! David 5.4 feet tall Is absolutely measurable individual he is in wrong business I was the only customer in the store for 45 minutes when I was there no other customers! The parking was empty my car was the only car ? there!

Went in to store about 5pm, to trade in our old phones and the manager David told us we’re better off transferring everything over at home instead of doing it in the store. Went home, came back asap about 6:45, 15 minutes before store close. Same manager David met us at the door, asked what we needed. Need cases, screen protectors, and trade in our old phones. He told us there’s no way he can help us, everything in his store shuts down at 7. Even if he wanted to he couldn’t ring any of our purchases up in 15 minutes, no matter how fast we were. Because again, “all of the store’s systems shut down at 7.” Told us to come back again tomorrow. Half an hour drive each time. Thanks a lot David… but you know, it’s not his fault. So I guess thanks a lot Verizon who is the only retailer I’ve ever heard of that takes longer than 15minutes to ring out a purchase and automatically turns off all their computers at 7pm.

The wait at this store was WAY TOO LONG!! They only had 3 employees, typical wait is an hour and to top it off, no restroom available for customers???? Do they even want my business??

Darsh was extremely personable, helpful, and patient. He greeted every customer with a smile, but most importantly, he seemed genuinely interested in helping me get what I needed. If you go to this store, I'd request Darsh to help you as you'll be sure to get quality service.

Anna and Marquel were super helpful with getting my new business line established and porting another business number from another network.
