Jeff and the team at Universal solutions just completed my roof as well as several other exterior repairs from the June 2023 hailstorm. This included a complete new roof, replacing two broken windows, repainting a damaged gazebo, replacing damaged screens, and Ring exterior paint damage. All of the work was completed very neatly and done with care. I would definitely recommend them.

I recently engaged Universal Solutions CO to replace my hail damaged roof. Jeff Quimby was the project manager. After signing the contract, communications were exceptional. Jeff notified me of the delivery date of materials, start and finish dates and what to expect during the process. He worked seamlessly with my insurance company and the project was completed without a hitch. Jeff was there at the end to ensure that the cleanup was completed.
It was a pleasure working with Universal Solutions CO and with Jeff Quimby. Should the need arise in the future, I will certainly give them a call.

Universal Solutions is amazing. They handled our complicated insurance claim with ease, replacing my roof in a day, and coordinating with the drywall repairs, whole main floor painting, and replacing an entire front section of our house after a storm damaged it all. As first time home buyers, we were stressed and confused about how to handle the process, but the team was patient, kind, experienced, and made sure we got the most out of the money our insurance company gave us. They were also respectful of a timeline I gave them and finished a week ahead of my preferred schedule. The communication was thorough, and I left the entire experience knowing more about insurance claims, home ownership, and how to prevent further incidents like this than I ever thought I would.
We would use them again in a heartbeat (though hopefully for less intense projects, next time!). We've recommended them to all of our friends, and they have a permanent place in our contacts list. 10/10, you won't find a better group of guys.

I was very pleased with the roof work done by Universal Solutions. While my own HOA took a long time to process everything, they were on top of everything and had all paperwork filled out and ready to go ahead of time. Once the HOA approved, I was put on the schedule right away for the following week. The team worked efficiently and was able to finish within one day. I also felt like I was given all the information to choose the shingles that would best fit my needs and everything was very transparent from the beginning.

Page and his team were amazing. They made a process that could have very easily been overwhelming, clear and easy. We went through insurance for our roof, and he not only helped to relay information back and forth with insurance, but made sure we understood every step and decision along the way. He was always quick to answer our questions, and whenever we had a concern he handled it personally. If you need a roof, he's the best!

Page and his team are amazing to work with. Page is by far the most knowledgeable person I know when it comes to roofing. As a house flipper/rehabber a good home starts with the bones and the roof these guys will get it right the first time and they don’t use cheap products only quality materials that will last. They are extremely quick and responsive. Always great quality and super easy to work with. I can not recommend them enough!
