I had come from another Brakes Plus on 92nd Ave. I have another review of that location on Google reviews. Cliff notes version: I had received an incorrect assessment of my vehicle, corners were cut, as well as dishonest expectation of wait time with little to no followup communication. I was not happy with my service and was hesitant to book another appointment with Brakes plus in general.
I booked an appointment for August 28th at 8AM for a repair to my vehicle as well as an alignment. This shop disproved claims that my car needed major repairs. Everyone I came into contact, at this location, were friendly and professional. Everything was thoroughly explained to me, and done in a timely fashion. I received excellent and prompt communication from the tech (I want to say his name is Nick?) as well as an older gentleman that manned the front desk (I'm so sorry I don't remember his name, he worked first thing in the morning. He made me feel heard and respected. An all around nice person)
Mechanics are getting a bad rep for taking advantage of people. The employees at this location helped restore my trust and I won't forget it. I plan to come back to this location with any future repairs or maintenance I need for my car. THANK YOU!!”

“hello, today I originally came in for oil change and a brake inspection with winshield wipers. After, Mason one of the workers, inspected my car he noticed that my brake pads were bad and gave me great advice on why I should get them changed right away. I was going to wait two more weeks LOL. my car is riding good better then what it was. Brakes Plus on S Yosemite ave is the way to go! Wonderful customer service, very knowledgeable people.”
“This will be a very simple review. If you don’t take your Mercedes Benz to Hoover Mercedes for service & repairs…You’re missing the boat! I love everything about Hoover Mercedes. This is the only shop that will touch our 2018 AMG GLE 43. They get you in/out in a timely matter. The waiting area is 5x better than any Mercedes Benz Dealership. “I was driving down Broadway the other night when I scraped the underbody of my Lexus on a steel plate on the pavement. That ripped open a protective flap, which dragged on the pavement as I drove home. My son and his fiance were coming to town, and I didn’t want to pick them up with a grinding noise under the hood, or to have the flap fall off and get lost.
The next morning I had to be downtown at 9:00 am, after which I would need the car all day. So I showed up 7:00 a.m. at a repair shop I’d used before. I didn’t expect they could fix it on the spot, but hoped they could at least diagnose the problem and remove the flap so I could save it. But they couldn’t even look at it until the afternoon.
Rushing over, I made by 7:15 it to Town Center Auto Repair, where Tommy, the owner, helped me out. The mechanic already on duty was busy, but when Josh, a second mechanic, arrived at 7:30,Tommy put him right on it. After inspecting it, Josh set to work and quickly welded it back together. I made that 9:00 appointment on time, with the car all fixed and ready for my family. Thanks to Tommy and Josh, I didn’t have to wait or spend extra money on a replacement part. Kudos to them both!”

I have never had the pleasure of being a Christian Brothers customer before, and was desperate for help. They were able to get me in immediately and start diagnostics, offered me a courtesy Lyft to work and back, and did not charge me anything when they could not determine the problem and it needed to go to a shop that could cover my warranty. They saved the day, were so kind, and really helped me in a stressful situation. I've become a Christian Brothers customer and will be returning to them if I have another issue in the future.”
