The sales people are great.
Container store has good ideas for organizing our house. Just wish the prices were lower, then I would shop here more often.

I really like a lot of their products, and have even had their solutions installed, but my most recent experience with customer service (lack there of, honestly) will deter me from spending money here in the future.

A big variety of every day essentials for home and kitchen! Very nice staff and very helpful at every turn. This a great place for getting unusual gifts that other stores do not carry!

Very unhelpful. Pickup order not ready. I offered to get all the items and bring them to the front. Apparently that doesn't work without canceling the already paid for pickup order. They advised I cancel the order and then I could check out. Maybe I should cancel and order from Amazon. Bye.

Only my second time to the container store and this time it was for a bit more involved project. An associate named Marcus greeted me promptly and then walked through the store with me helping me pick out organizational tools based on a few pictures of the space. Really well done Excellent customer service.

VERY EXPENSIVE MERCHANDISE IN THIS STORE!Absolutely wonderful organization and storage ideas and products - but the prices border on the ridiculous.They can stay in business - because they are located in an affluent neighborhood where people are able - and willing to pay their exorbitant prices.Employees are very professional and friendly.Very clean store with wide isles - and well designed shelf layouts.Excellent marketing on display here!

Oh my gosh! Becky is amazing and really showed us what it meant to be a professional. She KNOWS exactly what she is doing and has created a closet organizational system that we are so excited about. We had originally scheduled an appointment at IKEA and had a TERRIBLE, non-professional experience. My husband called The Container Store and were able to get us in within 10 minutes. Becky took us under her wing and worked her magic. Thank you Becky! You have made us a Container Store convert.

The Container store is one of those places your spouse takes you as a reward after enduring a day of shopping! I love this store cause I can find so many "things" i think I need! I walk down the isles saying stuff like "you know where this will work?", "I can you this for..."," This is interesting...." My wife just smiles and shakes her head while following me around the store
