Cynthia and Patrick are the dream team! We really feel like we hit the jackpot with having them as our realtors representing us in this competitive market. We are first time home buyers and had more questions than usual and Cynthia and Patrick exceeded expectations. Patrick and Cynthia are true rockstars. As a first time homebuyer we had no idea what we were doing and Patrick and Cynthia supported us the entire way. They go above and beyond in all aspects of the entire process and are extremely communicative and professional. Cynthia and Patrick were outstanding partners to my wife and I during our house search in Lone Tree area. What was most helpful and impressive about them was how thoughtful they were in understanding our unique preferences and then mapping them to specific homes based on their extensive knowledge and familiarity with the area. Their responsiveness was superb and despite being from out of town for many showings their videos were extremely detailed and felt like we were there and could confidently make a decision. What’s more - they are very kind, respectful and compassionate people. I strongly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.
