I went in out of curiosity. I’d seen the ads but never went into a Sleep Nr store. Todd Jones introduced himself and I explained I was only looking. He was an excellent salesperson and explained all the options available. No hard sell. I wasn’t ready to buy a bed at this time but I did purchase a pillow. Todd I informed me it was a buy one get one free so I have two pillows. I would definitely recommend Todd Jones. When I’m ready I’ll be buying a Sleep Nr bed

worst store ever. the manager gave Miss information and won't have her manager call me. I've bought numerous sleep number beds and I will never buy from this store again. buyer beware. all they care about is taking your money. customer service at this location is a joke.

Not the greatest experience. Went to go look at mattress for a future move and the representive was helpful, but pushy to start on a financing plan. I advised them I wanted to wait until closer to my move date several times.That put me off and I also did more research about the mattresses that contradicted what I was told when viewing the mattresses.Not very sold on Sleep Number, but maybe it's best suited for someone else.

I was very happy with the store and employees. The "service" of the factory is awful. We had an issue with the bed, after one year and had to pay a tech to come out . It was a broken hoze . And they send us a free hoze but have to wait one month for the tech to come and pay another 125. In the meantime sleeping has been dismal , and if I would have known the service was this bad I may not have purchased the bed.

Went in to test out the Air pillow and the representative was friendly and helpful without being pushy. Would definitely shop there again when I'm ready to consider a new mattress.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE !!!!!I have owned sleep number beds for the last 30 years and because of recent multiple surgeries it was time to upgrade my mattress. Because of a plethora of health issues I have stayed loyal to Sleep Number due to the ability to adjust the firmness of the mattresses. When I went down to the store and spoke with the sales person I was very adamant about the details of the return policy and number of nights I had to try it out. Unfortunately, the bed did not work out, and while I was aware that the $199.00 delivery fee was not refundable I was never told that there wasanother $199.00 return fee and then a return fee for the mattress pad and a return fee for the remote and on and on. When it was all said and donemy "free" 100 night trial cost me close to $500.00. If that wasn't bad enough they wanted to up sell me to another mattress for $1200 plus and it didn't even come with a "trial" period, so I wouldn't be able to return it.The store refused to help with any of the return and their customer service department in Minnesota was one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I made over a dozen calls and spent over 3 hours on hold trying to get what was left of my money back.

The sales team here are amazing! I had been in the market for a new bed and was hesitant about buying a sleep one. They showed me options on what beds they have and also offered financing!

Cheri at the Park Meadows Sleep Number store was great. No high pressure sales tactics here. Very informative and helpful. We polled our friends on Facebook about their Sleep Number experience and their feedback matched Cheri's, in terms of the mattress comfortability, warranty, and customization. Great experience.

Todd was such an AMAZING salesperson to experience this process with….it was not my intention to purchase so fast, but decided to treat myself for my 50th birthday. Go and see Christy to buy a bed. She has sold us 4 beds so far and bends over backwards to help us with anything. Even getting the financing corrected even when they didn't make the mistake. Great people.

Todd at the Park Meadows Mall was hands down the best salesman I've ever met. I wasn't rushed or pushed into anything that I didn't want. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with every question that I had. I would highly recommend Todd to anyone looking for an outstanding customer experience.

Christine Stuart was our sleep expert. She was excellent. No pressure. She laughed at my husbands jokes and let the beds sell themselves. We bought a Sleep Number bed around 15 years ago and loved it so much that the decision to buy another easy. Bought the same day we went in. Great experience. Can't wait to start enjoying our new bed. Would highly recommend!
