“The team member, Sharon, I believe, was very well versed in men’s apparel. She assisted me with a blazer fitting, trousers, and a tie selection. The art of fine customer service is hard to come by, however, this DXL Shop, keeps fine customer service at the top of the list.
She was also very knowledgable about inventory and was not hesitant to direct me to look at different items. Thank you!!!”

“I wish I could give more stars for customer service and kindness! I believe the woman helping us was the manager and she had dark hair and tattoos. We went in to get my son’s first pair of shoes for his physical therapy yesterday. He has special needs, and from the moment we walked in, she took such wonderful care of us and him. I definitely did not expect such an amazing experience at a shoe store in a mall, but my husband and I have been talking about it since we left. We will likely go back to this store specifically because of her. Please give this woman a giant raise! Thank you for brightening our day!”
“This Evereve location and staff are amazing!!! I went in to return a couple items and Avery ended up helping me for hours! I really struggle with styling myself, but I know what I like and don't like. She really listened and understood my body type (straight and narrow) and she picked out so many outfits I never would have tried on. I ended up buying many new tops I love and feel great in! This store is amazing for moms both young and experienced. I saw many ladies of all ages here, 30s, and up into 60s and 70s, who all found sophisticated clothing and accessories to wear. I also saw a few kids in there and the staff gave them snacks and made the kids feel at home while their momma was in the dressing room. This is my new favorite store and Avery is my new go to girl. Love her so much!! Thanks to all the kind Evereve staff for your enthusiasm and detailed care. I would give this store 10 stars if I could!”

“Went on March 16th. Saturday, and they were very busy. Still, I was looking at a suit. A very nice blonde sales lady offered me help. I wanted a black suit but they did not have one in my size. She offered me a navy one instead. It works. Thank you again for being really, really, busy but still accommodating me.”
“Tilly's is always a stop for us in any mall. They carry a wide variety of clothing for all ages, with a youthful 'leaning' for those of us that aren't quite as young, but still want some style. Prices are pretty good as well, considering there's usually a sale of some sort...and not just on women's clothing. Always check in the back for their clearance rack, because when they want stuff gone, they lower the prices substantially. Staff is usually quite young, but friendly with an grasp of their job, so interacting with them is easy. The only shortfall is they are often short staffed, so you can find yourself waiting a while for a change room or to check out.”

“Went into this Location to exchange some shoes I bought from out of town. Joni the manager was so helpful she didn’t have my size but said don’t worry I will call another store for you! She called a store and they had my size there just had to go pick them up at the Aurora store the manager there Danny helped me no questions asked ! Both these managers get a 10 Star if you had a ten star! Thanks so much to Joni and Danny for taking care of me. I definitely will be back to see Joni for my next pair of shoes”
“I love Windsor I really do they have been my go to dress shop for years but this store always closes early. I've gone multiple times around 5 on weekdays when they close at 8 and are already closed with the lights off. I was in a rush to get a last minute dress so I drove to the other one further south. They also never answer their phone. Service is good when in store and dresses are reasonably priced”
