“Wildlife Inc. Colorado is absolutely the best in our State. I was having problems with woodpeckers and they came to my aid before my house was ruined by the woodpeckers eating my house away. Pat Jaron was amazing installing traps for the woodpeckers and 7 diverted to keep my house safe from them. This company is the best if you are in need of any pest at your house that youh cannot control yourself. Excellent customer service coupled with with great technicians. “Spoke with Eric. He informed me that Amazon does not allow you to track their packages. However, if you have a package, you have not received a refund from Amazon yet. You need to call them and give them the date that you sent. The package returned when it was accepted by whomever and they will issue a refund to you. Thank you so much Eric. “After a very disappointing experience at the UPS store on 8200 A Quebec St in Centennial — where the staff were unhelpful and unwilling to assist with even basic tasks — I came to this location and the difference was night and day.
Kody was absolutely incredible. He was kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help me. He listened, understood the situation, and took care of everything smoothly and efficiently. His attitude was warm and welcoming, and he clearly takes pride in his work.

“This is THE BEST UPS Store ever. Anywhere. I dropped off some amazon returns the other day and a personal item I had received with a note card and a pair of earrings had inadvertently gotten dropped off with the returns. I contacted the shop and Chris was SO helpful. He tracked down the returns that I had dropped off from my tracking receipt and went above and beyond to look through all of the returns and found the earrings and gift card. CHRIS SAVES THE DAY! “I shipped a birthday present with a three day delivery charge. It was delayed by a day which made it late for the birthday. I asked for reduced charge and was given a full refund. This is indicative of how UPS is making the customer feel understood and appreciated. I will continue to use UPS!”
“Charles needs a raise, immediately. I’ve seen him several times at this location and he always leaves an impression. Today, he processed my return while on the phone with another store for a different customer; he had me out the door in about 30 seconds and even apologized (unnecessarily) for being on the phone. He’s a star!”
“Shad was extremely helpful, kind and printed up my return label ( for a minimal fee.) and allowed me to take a seat and rest a moment, while trying to return a very, very heavy package to Amazon. I really appreciated the professional support and courteous nature, after almost giving myself a hernia trying to carry my package from my car into the store. ( I was returning 2 double paned basement windows.) LOL! I feel very confident that my return will be handled properly so I can get back my refund without incident.”
